She smirked in Grace's direction.

"You're mean."

She nodded.

"Aye. Never said other wise."

She laughed.

"You're not usually mean to me."

She smirked.

"Aye. But ye deserve a bit o' it for wha' ye put me through."

She tilted her head with a nod.

"Fair."

She grinned.

"So, how'd ye come by th' ponies?"

She smiled.

"Estaban bought them for me for a birthday present. Said they were supposed to be a mating pair. They act more like brother and sister, though, which is cute. But now that they're mine, truly, truly mine, they might actually take to mating. Which would be funny."

She chuckled.

"Are they bound t' ye?"

She nodded.

"Yes, they are."

She grinned.

"Good."

She laughed.

"They're wonderful. You'll like them."

She chuckled.

"O'course I will. Never met a horse I didna like."

She glanced over.

"Ponies. Actual highland ponies, even."

She grinned.

"I might ha' ridden their distant ancestors."

She laughed.

"Probably. You'll like them."

"Ye've said tha' already."

She couldn't help it. She was beaming.

"I'm retardedly in love with those ponies."

She laughed.

"I've noticed."

She grinned.

"Don't judge me!"

She laughed.

"Tis nay bad!"

She giggled.

"Not necessarily. But, you know. Needed to be said."

She chuckled.

"Aye, I get tha'."

She looked over with a grin.

"Grace? Thanks."

Up went the eyebrow.

"For wha?"

She glanced over at the Gangrel.

"For not being too angry, and for taking care of the ponies. If anyone would, I know it would be you. I'd rather... if something happens. I would rather you care for them than Estaban. And don't tell him I said that."
