She laughed.

"Not if they're truly family. But I've seen it before."

She nods.

"I ha' as well."

"That's why I didn't actually expect this to go as well as it did."

She shrugged.

"Ye've nay dealt wi' me an' family 'fore this."

She shook her head.

"No... but at the same time, I know you've got a temper."

She nodded.

"Aye. Which is why I did nay just confront ye right away."

She nodded.

"I can understand that. But in all fairness, you didn't confront me at all. I confronted you when you started acting funny."

She nods.

"Aye, I ken tha'. Wasna saying I confronted ye. Just tha' there was a reason for me t' nay d' th' confrontin' right away."

She smiled over at the Gangrel.

"You do know I can handle that kind of thing, right?"

She nodded.

"But I needed t' ken if I were truly pissed."

She nodded, and her answer was simple.

"You have every right to be."

"Aye, but I'm nay pissed. Nay truly. I understand th' logic b'hind it."

She nodded.

"A lot of it was safety. It's terribly difficult to leave the Tremere with people as powerful as the Council on your ass."

She sighed and nodded.

"Aye. But ye're safe, an' ye're back wi' me. I be happy."

She smiled.

"And I'm thankful that you're happy."

She nodded sagely.

"As ye should be."

She laughed again.

"Want to see what this baby can do?"

She shuddered.

"Nay."

She couldn't help but laugh.

"It's not that bad, I swear."

"Ye did nay sleep through th' creation o' these things. Ye be lucky I be willin' t' let ye drive me."

She laughed again.

"You don't think I can handle this baby?"

She shakes her head.

"Tis nay ye I dinna trust."

She grinned over at Grace.

"Chicken."
