He laughed. "I think that's more of a talent than a skill."

"What a talent to have. I can face plant from any possible position and in any possible situation" maybe she could've made a circus act out of it.

He grinned. "I've seen dumber ones."

"Really?" good thing about swimming in the ocean? She didn't really have to look where she was going, which meant she could keep looking at him while they talked. "Like what?"

He grinned. "I knew a guy once who could light a cigarette with his toes."

She thought about that, actually really considered that.
"I think maybe I'm flexible enough to try that..." she would have to try that not. Damn it for giving her ideas.

He laughed. "Yes, but it was his only marketable skill."

"Heh, then he's worse off than me" the blonde grinned.

He grinned. "Exactly my point."

"I really do have to try though...." which meant she tried to see if she could lift a foot up to her face while in the water. It... was a good thing she didn't need to breathe because she managed to get one foot up and out of the water with a "Look!" before she went under. It was all very elegant. Like a whale doing ballet.

Which meant that he started laughing at her again. Good-natured, though. That matters.

Hey, good natured laughing was good! It meant she got to see him smile. And she loved watching him smile.
Besides, she had no issues with making a complete and utter fool of herself. In fact, she was quite good at it.

"Psh, you like it that I'm flexible" she giggled, sticking her tongue out at him.

He swam a little closer to her. "I really do. I really, really do."

She splashed a bit if water on him, staying in place for now.
"Good talent, hm?" Teddy giggled.

He grinned. "A very, very good talent," he agreed.

Smiling, she moved past him, brushing her hands gently over his body.
"My best one?" she grinned.

He laughed, shaking his head. "No."

"Hm" she pouted her lips as if in thought. "My amazing ability to never colour coordinate my socks?" Teddy grinned.

He laughed. "That is also a talent."

"It is" Teddy laughed again, moving over onto her back while still swimming lazily. "I am curious though, what you consider my best talent if it isn't my sock skillzzz"

He laughed, brushing a hand over her hair. "The way you turn me into a pile of mush whenever you look at me."

Seemed that feeling as mutual as the teasing smile turned soft.
"That's the sweetest thing you could've possibly answered..." she said softly.

He laughed. "That's me. Sweet as cotton candy."

"You are" she reached out to brush her hand over his cheek. "To me.."

He laughed. "That's just part of my evil plan."
