"Mmm, no?" she giggled, because he damn well knew she did like it when he was silly like that.

He laughed. "A song about Dungeons and Dragons, then?"

"Oooh" she bounced after him to catch up again.

He grinned - and started to sing for her again.

Had she mentioned she loved that he was a geek at heart? Because she really really did.

Teddy grinned, laughing as she caught up with him and grabbed a hold of his hand.
"I'm thinking we should do karaoke night soon"

He blinked. "We should?"

"Ahuh, I think you'd do good" the blond grinned and then stuck her tongue out at him with a giggle.

He shook his head. "I'd be terrible. I can only sing funny songs."

"Those are the best kind" by far the best kind.

She pulled at his hand again, the water soon high enough that she'd have to swim. "And we should do this more"

He lifted his feet to let himself tread water a little and gave her a smile. "We should. We don't get out enough."

Teddy nodded. They didn't get out enough, though they couldn't just do as they pleased either just yet. What time they did have together though was precious to her.
"Whenever you have the chance just tell me, I'll drop whatever I'm holding and go with you, you know that"

He gave her a smile and a nod. "I will. As soon as I'm comfortable with it."

"Of course..." she smiled softly. "You know... it's still true. I will wait for you... no matter what" he'd asked her to wait for him that night he'd left for Jamie's. Even if he hadn't asked she still would've waited. Always.

He smiled. "I know you will."

Teddy smiled at him, moving close so she could steal a light kiss before beginning to swim at a relaxed pace through the water.
"Mmm, still wanna learn to surf sometime? I'd love to teach you"

He smiled. "Of course I want to learn."

Happy Caitiff looked happy.
"That's great! I brought some surf boards in case we got some half decent waves and you'd want to try but it doesn't look like surf weather tonight. Though, it is perfect for a swim" she smiled at him.

He grinned at her. "As soon as you want to, I'm happy to learn. And yes, it's good swimming weather."

"Then I'll let you know the moment the waves are good" she smiled happily, because even if things hadn't turned out exactly as she'd hoped, she was happy with him. Very happy.

He smiled. "I think it'll be fun."

"Ahuh, it is! It's also highly entertaining even when you're just watching others mess up" Teddy chuckled as she brushed her hands through the water.

He smiled. "Like when I watch you 'diving'?"

She laughed again.
"Ahuh" well duh it was true, no point denying it.

She ducked under the water, a couple of strokes bringing her a little further out into the water before reemerging.
"I am pro at diving" her specialty was the face plant.

He laughed, swimming lazily so that he could catch up with her. "When you don't trip over your own feet."

"I'm pretty clumsy for someone who practice as much as me. I know it's not because of lack of skill, and yet I can manage to trip over my own two feet while standing still. Hm... maybe that's a kind of skill in itself" she smiled as she waited for him to catch up before joining him in a lazy pace through the water.
