I wonder if... (Medwyn) - Sunflower Beach

He took the box from her, then nodded slowly. "I would love a swim."

Teddy gently slipped a hand into his, giving it a light tug as she pulled him over to the circle of lanterns where she'd left a pair of swim trunks and a bikini, since he might prefer that to swimming in the nude. She didn't mind either way.
She walked backwards though, so she could keep facing him, keep smiling as she looked into his eyes to let him know that she was still happy.

He followed her, watching her with a smile. And he did seem to prefer the swim trunks -- it was the ocean.

Which meant the small blonde grabbed a towel and deftly changed into a yellow bikini after having wiggled out of the dress and the high heels so she could bury her toes in the sand that was still a bit warm.

He watched her, curious. He didn't have a problem changing right there on the beach, though. Pulling down his jeans, he stepped easily into the swim trunks without so much as a glance around.

"What?" she smiled, reaching a hand out for him once he'd changed.

He smiled at her. "I like to watch you."

"Not tired of that yet?" Teddy grinned playfully, happily really as she started walking backwards towards the water while latching gently onto his hands. That way she could keep looking at him while they moved.

He laughed softly and shook his head. "I don't think I'll ever get tired of it."

"Mmm lucky me then!" she pulled him in and wrapped her arms around him in a tight warm hug before pulling back and tip toeing lightly through the sand. "Race you!" and then she made a dash for the water.

Laughing, he took off at a run after her. Minus celerity. That just wouldn't do.

Celerity would've been cheating. So no celerity on her part either, although she probably messed up for herself when she just had to turn her head to see if he was catching up or not.

Which, yes, gave him a chance to catch up to her a little bit. But she was still faster than he was.

Yey, she was faster! And she also had the attention span of a moth it would seem as she was too busy throwing her hands up to make a "woo!" sound to actually notice she'd reached the water and promptly proceeded to tumble over with a surprised expression.

Which caused him to stop in his tracks and proceed to laugh heartily at her.

Mm yes, she was very elegant, very sexy, when she emerged a bit like a drowned cat, spitting water and brushing her hair out of her face. But she was laughing at herself, so, despite messing up, it was all good.

He laughed and jogged over toward her, into the water. "Very nice. You should try out for the Olympics."

"Oh, yes" she chuckled, pushing herself up. "I'd make the old country so proud me" totally.

He nodded. "Isn't there an event for tumbling?"

"Pretty sure it doesn't include face planting in the waves due to lack of concentration" she laughed as she waded further out into the water with a happy smile at him.

He started to sing for her.

She shouldn't laugh, she knew she really shouldn't, but it couldn't be helped even when she clamped both hands over her mouth to keep the laughter down.
"That's horrible" and yet very very funny, because she still was giggling.

He grinned. "I've got a million of those. There's even one about kittens."

"You and your songs" she laughed, splashing him with water while remembering one he'd sung for her when he'd crawled out of the shower.

He grinned and splashed her in return, finally wading waist-deep into the ocean. "You like them, though."
