He smiled as he watched Elizabeth dish out food, then gave the ghoul a nod.

"Thank you, Elizabeth. Savannah, what has fallen into place is that I'm so close. So very close to accomplishing my goal. And with the help of the powers that be, I'm getting closer night by night. The two who carry children will be having their babies tonight."

"Who's children are they? Are they one's that need to be taken or just born?" trying to understand.

She clapped her hands lightly.

"Emily and Lorelei have babies?"

He nodded.

"They just needed to be born. They're of your ilk, Savannah. The children, that is."

He smiled at Elizabeth.

"Yes. Emily and Lorelei have babies."

She looked at him curiously, "Who are the fathers? OR what makes the Mother's so special?" curiously asked.

She bounced and began to eat.

"I will have to go by and give gifts."

Savannah's mind went instantly to Elizabeth offering to stuff the children for prosperity, which she knew was wrong but some days she glanced at Elizabeth "What presents were you thinking of?"

He turned his attention to Elizabeth as well.

"Yes, indeed. What presents?"

She giggled.

"Special ones. Fluffy ones that squeak."

He tilted his head.

"Why on earth?"

"Living before?" with a sly smile at Elizabeth.

She winked at Savannah.

"Naturally. Little ones need friends."

'I so agree." with a raising of her glass to toast Elizabeth.

He chuckled softly and raised his own glass.

"To new and growing families."

Savannah raised her glass to his toast and waited for Elizabeth so they could all clink their glasses together.

She lifted her glass with a smile, joining the others.

"To progress."

He touched his glass to Savannah's first, then Elizabeth's glass before he took a sip from it.

"Dinner really looks good thank you Elizabeth." with a smile after she took a sip of her drink. Her hand sought out Darius's free hand reflectively.

He nodded his agreement, his glass being placed down on the table and probably out of habit, his hand found Savannah's.

"Don't forget to leave room for desert and my honey cravings." with a grin at the other two her hand in Darius's as she waited for Darius to take the first bite.
