Description - Miami Refuge

Located at 12220 Nw 13 Avenue Miami, FL 33167, the house is made out of stone. It has been painted a pale yellow and sports bars on every window and on the screen doors in both the front and back.



It is a two bedroom house with one bathroom.



And the floors are completely tiled.



The house has a fenced in yard and each door has the normal knob lock and dead bolt, plus two more deadbolts. The window treatments in the bedrooms are specifically designed to block out all light. There is an unfinished basement.

The place is pretty bare, air mattresses taking the place of traditional beds in the bedrooms. A number of card tables are set up throughout the house for surfaces and chairs. There is one sofa in the living room.

By now most of what was once white walls in the house has been painted to resemble clouds, taking away some of the dreariness of an almost empty house.
