He smiled and reached over to kiss his fathers forehead.

"I delight in your attention. In making you notice me. But in making you suffer in any way.. I claim complete innocence."

"Which is why I said you take delight in vexing me. Vexing doesn't hurt me at all and why I didn't say you delight in making me angry. Anger hurts. Vexing is mild irritation that quickly fades."

He chuckled.

"Okay, maybe a little vexing. I call it teasing."
