She chuckles "Well he's a fascinating man and a good friend." with a smile at Charlie "Oh and trouble keeps things interesting I've just not explored much."

"Hm, maybe we'll have to do something about that then" he grinned at her with a playful tone of voice. "Safe is good and all, but honestly? Everyone needs a little bit of action in their life to make ti worth while" Charlie smiled as they slowed and came to a stop outside the cinema he'd mentioned earlier.

"Well" he let his gaze sweep swiftly across the posters before looking to her. "Anything that strikes your fancy?"

With a straight face "Final Destination 5?"

"Oh dear God that sounds horrid" he turned to her with an equally straight face. "I'll need popcorn for that"

'The Smurfs?" she asks.

"Then by all means I prefer a wanna-be horror flick" his face turned into an amused smile. "Hmmm, Cowboys and Aliens?" because that was just weird enough to entertaining. Well, in theory at least.

"Sounds much better than my choices." with a slow grin on her face.

"Then, Cowboys and Aliens it is" he said with a chuckle and a movement of his hand that suggested he was anything but certain about that, but that it might still be worth a try. "Hey, worst case scenario, we get a good laugh" Charlie winked at her before walking over to the get them a couple of tickets.
"Any preference on seating?" he asked over his shoulder.

She went to pay for their tickets "No I have no preference."

"Oh" he reached out to touch her hand. "I asked you out, so I'm paying" he said with a smile and lifted her hand to his lips for a light kiss.

Greer blinks as he does so, steps back and lets him pay.

Tickets acquired he offered her his arm again as they headed in. They'd stop by to buy any snacks if she wanted to, although the youth seemed content with just her company for the time being seeing as he wasn't about to need popcorn to distract himself from a badly written sequel.
"Anything you'd like before we go inside?"

Greer shook her head no, leaning on him, and following him to the theatre. "I promise to try and NOT talk through the whole movie."

"Oh I won't mind either way" he ensured her with an honest smile as he lead them to their seats. "I'd still get the pleasure of your company"

She leans on his arm as the movie starts, the previews are the best - mini movies and then the main attraction.

Charlie simply settled back into his seat, propping one foot up on the back of the seat in front of him with a smile as she leaned against him.

Unless she commented on anything, he would be quite happy to just watch the movie and enjoy her company.

She watched the movie, leaning on Charlie, enjoying the simple night out and so far no creepy people staring at them.

He'd slip his arm around her so she could rest comfortably against his shoulder, but he wouldn't do much else except perhaps throw in a little comment now and then during some of the more interesting scenes. It was after all an epic tale of cowboys and aliens and so it was hard to keep from laughing now and then. Even if it did try to seem serious every once in a while.

Leaning close he whispered with a smile.
"Having a good time?"

She laughed at the wrong times, looked curiously at parts of the movie, and whispered back "Yes." with a soft sexy smile at him.

Cute girl. Strange as Hell but Sam never liked the normal ones did he?

Once the movie reached the end, Charlie stayed seated a little while longer to let the credits roll while the cinema emptied. He never did like the pushing and showing to get out after a movie, so he'd wait a little before getting up and offering her his hand again with a smile.

"May I?"

"Yes." taking his hand to get up.

With a smile, he took her hand and lead her from their seats and out into the night air. The youth stopping for a moment to draw his breath, still holding her hand as he turned to face her.
"Feel like a little walk?" Charlie smiled at her, gesturing towards the park.

"A walk would be nice and it's quite a lovely evening with sweet company."

The youth smiled, still holding her hand gently in his as they headed for the park, tucking his free hand into the pocket of his trousers.
"'So... thoughts on the movie?" he snickered.

'Silly good time." with a smile at him "I like the actors but the plot was a little weak."
