Visitors! (Teddy and Cassiel) - Lad Nah's Clockwork Death House

Lad Nah let her.

She smiled and said, "It's ok. I accept pain. Pain is growth. 'I am forethought. The God of knowledge. Of Death and revial.' Suffering is learning and learning is growth."

"And besides, I was out of it. I didn't feel anything." She glided away with a skip and a jump, it was graceful, like a dancer.

"When you two feel better and want to have more fun, call me and we can visit again sometime! Don't try to come on your own. It won't work."

"Thank you, Lad Nah, for your gracious hospitality," Cass smiled briefly, before her eyes went back to Teddy.

There weren't any tears, she wasn't trembling or sounding like a broken record. She might not be entirely fine, but, she was better, much better than she'd been an hour ago.
"I'd like that" Teddy smiled, looking over at Cassiel somewhat hopeful. "We'd both like that I think" it would be nice to visit again.

She merely nodded.

"Mmhm! Ok, good." She said slightly brighter than before. Her hands were clasped behind her back.

"Then I'll see you later. You have my number! Viterous will drive you home."

Like a shadow, the stern looking man who had driven them and who had appeared at Lad Nah's side when she collasped was there. He didn't say anything.

Teddy drew her breath, unneeded as it was, and got up from the chair. Another smile and thank you offered to the little Malkavian before looking to Cassiel and then to, well, apparently Viterous who she guessed would escort them out of there.

Vitreous, bowed and held the door open for them and it was back down the stairs. The butler from earlier held out the denim coat which looked like it had been ironed or something, because it looked rather nice and crisp. The butler held open the front door for them.

Vitreous led them out to a waiting car which was on and ready to go. There he opened the car door for them to let them in.

A bright yellow motercycle was being wheeled out while they were being ushered away into the car. A matching yellow helmet waited on the seat.

Then Viterous was in the car and they were off.

It was the bike of bike that got noticed, both the type and colour kind of demanded it. So the Caitiff had to throw an extra look its way before settling back into her seat with a quiet sight and a thoughtful look. Although a smile was offered to the Rose.
"Thanks for going with me..."
