I wonder if... (Medwyn) - Sunflower Beach

That had her smiling even more, although her eyes stayed closed while she brushed her lips softly against his. Just.. wanting to be close. Needing to be close.

"Can I show you something?" it was night, they were out in the water. She would be able to hide it with Chimestry from any eyes that might look their way, the lighting condition already making that easier to achieve.

He smiled at her, brushing another tender kiss against her lips. "Of course, love."

She would set up the illusion so that anyone looking their way would merely see the illusion of them still bathing when in reality, she pulled back just enough to watch him as the shadowy wings slowly manifested and spread from her shoulders until they stretched at their full length. Backed by the night the wings held a certain beauty of their own.

"They're not the beautiful white... But, they're real..." she said softly with a loving smile as he could feel the brush of air, displaced by the wings, move over his skin almost as softly as the brush of the blonde's warm hands.

He... wasn't really sure how to feel about that. It was a good tactical thing, to be sure. It was also black, so it could be hidden. It also gave the illusion that she was an angel -- with scabbed wings. As such, he didn't say anything right away, studying the wings with avid interest.

The blonde bit her lip pensively.
"You don't like them?" she asked softly, not wrapping them around the two of them because she wasn't sure how to read his reaction.

He shook his head. "It's not that. They're... fascinating. Do they work?"

She nodded.
"Yes. They can even carry you" the blonde said, a touch of hopeful optimism in her tone of voice as she hoped, really really hoped that meant he liked them.
She even flexed them once, so he could feel their strength in the way they displaced the air and caused the water to ripple.

His brows rose at that. "Carry me? As in, carry me as well as you? Or just you?"

"Strong enough for me to hold you while flying" she smiled brightly as she watched his eyes. The black wings flexing once more, just so he could feel a bit of the pull they could create.

He looked impressed. "And you came up with this?"

Teddy nodded again. One hand gently brushing it's fingertips over the back of his neck.
"You inspired me.. I really do want to stay your angel" Teddy smiled lovingly at the man who was the center of her world. Black wings wrapping around them both in a protective manner. Shielding them.
These wings, he could touch and feel without worry that the illusion might end.

He smiled at that, one hand reaching up to gently stroke her hair. "I'm very proud of you. Did you know that?"

He said.. he said he was proud of her and the look on her face and the light tremble to her voice easily told him how much that meant to her as bright blue eyes locked with his.
"I.... Medwyn..." yeah she totally sucked with words. "Thank you... Thank you that makes me so happy... It means so much that you feel that way..."

He smiled. "My opinion on that one shouldn't matter quite so much, love."

"But it does" she said softly. "It means a lot that you'd be proud of me" how could it not?

He smiled. "I'm glad that it does, really I am. I just know that there's more interesting folks that would also be proud of you than me."

Those words got silenced by a kiss. Full of warmth and adoration of the man whose arms she rested in.
"Now who's selling himself short again hm?" she smiked against his lips. "You know... Cassie is teaching me obfuscate. When I learn to hide others.. would you want to fly with me?"

He smiled as she kissed him... then he nodded. "Of course I will. I think it'll be fun." Thankfully, he didn't have a fear of heights.

"You know, I'll gladly teach you to make the wings yourself if you want" Teddy smiled, gentle fingers playing with his hair as her legs stayed wrapped around his waist. By now? Her bikini top had floated off and disappeared.
"You'd have to learn a couple of disciplines you've previously said you didn't want to though but... If you change your mind, the offer will still be there"

His brows rose at that. "What disciplines would those be?"

"Protean and Obtenebration" she said. She had offered them before, but he had declined. As it stood though, she had told him every discipline she knew or had later learned. She really kept nothing from him.
"I know... Not exactly something you feel comfortable with"

He frowned at that. "I'm going to have to seriously think about that. Grace might very well kick my ass for the Protean." And he really didn't want to piss off Grace.

"You know, I've been thinking, maybe I should talk with Grace about knowing Protean. Eve taught me, but with her not being around... I sorta thought maybe I should kinda clear it with her sort of speak" she said, fingers still brushing through his hair gently.

He laughed softly. [color=green]"That's not a bad idea. I know that some Gangrel get a little twitchy about others outside of their Clan knowing Protean. So it's not a bad idea to get her go-ahead."

The mostly naked, winged blonde in his arms nodded with a smile.
