Night Two (Open) - Johnathon's Haven

She smiled.

"Of course."

"thank you. "

She nodded.

"You're welcome."

"if you'll forgive me, I wasn't sure how much of this conversation we would have tonight and it is growing late."

She nodded.

"I shall go if you like."

"stay if you want, make yourself at home. You've got a stake in all this now."

She nodded.

"I think... I would like another drink. A real one. And some time to think. If that is okay?"

He nodded and brought her a sealed bottle of crystal skull vodka. "Go right ahead. I had to take you this far so you could know what was involved "

She nodded.

"Yes. But is a lot to think about."

"it is."

He walked over to a bookshelf an removed a leather bound journal. "this is something I wrote for you. A brief history of myself, my clan and the three major vampire sects, as well as the origin of vampires. Look it over if you wis. Your penthouse is prepared for you, and I shall retire for the evening while you think
"

She took the book, though it was the vodka she cradled to her breast like a child. But at least she took the book and gave him a nod.

"Then I will go read. Have a good night."

"you as well" he said with a polite bow of his head as he exited the room

She went to the guest house with her bottle and book.
