He raised an eyebrow.

"Were you looking for me? I thought I just got lucky and found you."

She laughed.

"Not for you specifically. But I was hunting for something fun to do, and found you."

He smiled.

"Am I something fun to do?"

She growled and nipped at his bicep.

"You know you are."

He smiled and nipped back at her.

"Good to know. So, continue asking me things, milk me for information while I am in the mood, or I might start being quiet and attacking your body again."

She laughed.

"And if I want you to ravage me? But first, what is your favorite scent?"

He smiled and took a big breath.

"If you asked me a month ago it would have been trees and the night, fear and animals and blood. But now.. Now I have to say it is you."

That earned him a kiss as she snuggled closer.

"Si? What about me?"

He smiled.

"I feel.. alive in your arms. And I how the scent of you surrounds me. Caramel and coffee, Pine and vanilla, and sex. And somewhere in the center of it all a scent, a phermone that is all you."

That brought a purr as she cuddled even closer to him.

"And you are pure wild. The wilderness surrounds me when you are near. The forest and the mountains. And there is nothing else to get in the way of that scent."

He laughed.

"Not even blood?"

She ducked her head.

"Your blood simply adds to the temptation. If I did not know it would kill me, I would taste of it willingly."

He smiled.

"I wouldn't let you, not as long as there is the smallest chance of youbeing hurt. JUstlike I wont taste yours again now that I know it is addictive. I want us to betogether without anything artificial. Nothing else masking what we feel."

She nodded.

"Do you have questions for me?"

He smiled.

"All sorts. Where is your favortie place to be?"

She laughed.

"Right here with you."

He smiled.

"That was too easy. Do you make anything, create anything other than love and distractions?"

She shook her head.

"I cook, but other than that, I leave it all to the Nockers."

He looked curiously.

"Knokers? Are they another kind of faerie?"

She smiled and nodded.

"Si. They are our builders."

He nodded.

"We dont specialize like that, though we have our artisans. I have never really been very handy in fact, though I have been working at one thing for a while. I am not very good at it yet. I am learning to make knives, the old way, with flint and horn."

She smiled.

"That is a good thing. And we do not truly specialize, though they are better than the rest of us at it."

He shrugged.

"They wont make good weapons, but they are pretty, are good ornaments and are usable for rituals. They actually work well but they of course break too easily compared to steel and modern plastics."

She smiled and nibbled on his arm.

"They will be pretty."

He looked at her and moved to kiss her, his lips against hers.

"They are pretty. And they can kill, and skin. I used one in hunting. Maybe I will give you one when I get better. Would you like that?"
