A Night in the Life - Cabin in the Swamp

She kissed him and bent to collect her fish. And she began scaling them right there, crouching on the edge of the dock.

"That sounds like a good night."

"It does. Peaceful out this way. Quiet. Can't last forever, but we'll always have it to come back to. Or do you want to take to the air for a while?"

She paused to think about that. Then she shrugged.

"Tonight is a ground night. I feel rooted, not winged."

And she kept dumping the offal into the water.

Frowning at something in the water, the silence was shattered for a moment by the crack of a round fired from Chet's old M-14 rifle which he kept handy by the door. "Gator" he said by way of explanation. "Little to close to ya for comfort love."

She had barely twitched when the shot went off, then she looked to where he had shot.

"Did you kill it? They make good eating."

He walked to the edge of the dock, and put two more rounds into the gator thrashing in the water. Eventually it's death throes subsided, and Chet dove into the water to pull the corpse out before anything else arrived. "Got room in the freezer for this 'un, or ya gonna make jerky out of it?"

Her fish were forgotten as she reached for the gator.

"I can fit half of him in the freezer. Help me get the skin off and I'll put the rest in the smoker."

He reached for a big Arkansas toothpick, and started to skin the dead reptile. "You gonna be eating good fer a while on this fellar I think."

She nodded, cackling happily as she pulled at the skin.

"You're the best. He's going to be so tasty. I'll have to go pick berries to go with him."

"That's mah girl"

As they chatted, he finished gutting and skinning the creature, before helping cut it up. "Tempted to make a couple of these teeth into ornaments to hang off yer tits"

She looked down at her pert nipples.

"If you like."

Chet leaned over and licked the blood off her breasts and scraped a fang over a nipple. "Might look nice."

She nuzzled the back of his head.

"And then you could pull me around by them. That would be neat."

"You ever see what some of the Tories do with their ghouls as art? I bet we can do one better."

She giggled.

"We could. If you would enjoy that."

"We'll have to think about it for whenever we go back into the world. But meanwhile I think I'll hang a tooth from your nipples. That will be fun"

She giggled.

"We put him away first?"

"Yup" he chuckled "gonna take me a while to make the teeth"

She clapped her hands and started tearing up the meat that was to be put in the smoking room. She wanted jerky, and she liked it in small enough pieces to carry with her.

"I get to wear gator teeth!"

"Should hang one off your clit too"

She giggled a lot.

"Yes!"

He laughed and slapped her bare ass. "Crazy slut. Come on, let's finish this so we can shower and sit on the porch"

She squeaked when he hit her, then gathered up the torn up meat to happily take to the smoker. It didn't take her that long for her to hang it all up and get the smoker going. Then she skipped back to him.

"Shower time!"

He walked over to the little shack with a black painted 55 gallon drum with a hose hanging from it on the roof. Opening the nozzle, water still warm from the day's sunlight started to flow over them while Chet started to scrub the ghoul.

"Happy shower fun time!"

She wiggled under his ministrations, still giggling happily. And she started rubbing him down to get the gator blood off him.
