Dancing juice - Warehouse 13

He smiled and went to one of the little stoves. and put it one a table.

"I stopped by a friend and he had a bunch of scrambled eggs. I didn't get any bread so instead lets reheat it and feed everyone a little more food."

As he promised there was a big container of scrambled eggs. More than enough to give everyone a little bowl of it. He handed Carly the container of scrambled eggs so she could do something with it.

"How about you heat them up. You have an old pan or something? And I can take the cots into the main room and then get the power going. mircowave would be easier and faster, once we get electricity."

He msiled back at her. God he was going to have to get better at smiling. He really wasnt good at it.

He nodded and then headed out to go turn on the electricity. Well, steal it really.

The kids got had been busy. So very busy. The place was starting to shape up into a home.

It was done and he looked at the building, walking around outside to make sure there was nothing that gave them away. then he went to the door.

"thanks. how is everyone doing? Did they get to fill their stomachs a little more? How are you holding up?"

She smiled, though she seemed tired.

"Yeah, everyone's good. The little ones are already sleeping. I've still got a bunch of things I need to get done before I get some sleep myself."

He nodded.

"How can I help? two hands make it easier. You are taking on more than a little responsibility by yourself."

He nodded.

"That i can do. So what are you using.. paint? cloth? wood? I am here to help."

He nodded.

"Good idea. we should put wood of some sort over it too, just in case someone throws a bottle or rock and boom suddenly light comes out."

He looked around.

"How amny windows are left? which ones?"

She smiled.

"Top floor, east side. There's five left."

He nodded.

"Get some sleep. I will take care of it. I am going to be awake for a while. Have you had the look outs change yet? or is that for later?"

he thought for a moment.

"how about you rest with the younger ones, watch them and when i am finished i will come and get you."

he nodded.

"I will. Be back in a little."

And up he went, to paint and black out with cloth. it wasnt that hard or time consuming, and he was much less tired than these kids. So he did the work and then checked some of the other windows and then made his way back down to her.

"Hey..."

Hey quietly left her, made sure the food was in the fridge and thenchecked on the guards, and then slipped out for the night. thye needed sleep and he needed to hunt. Another day, another thing of grape juice.
