karaoke and good times - The Den

The table had been reserved, the books laid out and all seem to be in order.

While it may have seemed out of place for the kilt-clad, long-haired Scot to be in such a place, he had been invited. So he did show up.

Cass, too, showed up, looking about for the party.

He grinned and waved at Cassiel, then looked for Greer.

Greer walked in seeing Jaime and Cass, her face lit up "Sorry as usual I am running late, sorry again." moving towards Jaime with a respectful nod and a wink at Cass. "Cass I forgot to tell you that Alex was invited as well didn't I." with a guilty smile at her.

"Yeah, but that's alright," Cass smiled, leaning over to give Greer a hug. "Honestly, I hadn't even mentioned it to him."

"Now to see if he shows." whispered to Cass and a tighter hug "May I get either if you a drink?" smiling at them both.

"Whiskey? I just like to smell it, even if I can't drink it," she smiled softly as she took a seat at the table, glancing at Jamie.

He nodded.

"Aye. A whiskey sounds wonderful, lass, thank ye."

Greer grinned at them both as she headed to the bar, the bartender started to laugh shortly as Greer headed back with two double whiskey's neat, and a purple something for her.

Handing each their drink, she sat down at the table and sent a quick text. Then with a grin started to look through the books.

"Thank you again, I was hoping the others would show too..." as her face lit up seeing something, writing it down and then glancing at the stage and waiting for them to start taking requests.

He was late. Who's surprised? But he strolled in with a swagger and a smile.

Greer's face lit up seeing him and a grin "Hey babe." moving to hug him.

He pulled her up off of her feet in a big hug. "Hey darlin'."

She hugged him back tightly, "Jaime and Cass choose to come play no one else so far." with a playful pout at him.

He turned to raise his glass at Cass with a laugh.

"This is th' worst idea for me, ever."

He laughed. "Who all did ya invite again?"

"Who you told me to." with a smile and grin at Jaime. "but you weren't' quite thinking I think." with a smile at him again.

He laughed. "No, I wasn't."

"I made the list from both nights so I am not sure but I tried." with a grin at him. Which was her polite way of saying if you told me I invited them. "And yes I did invite Mal."

He laughed. "Mal's probably busy."

"Razor, Ethan, and the two here." with a grin at him.

He frowned. "Ethan didn't show?"

"Not that I've seen." honestly replied with a shrug at him. "Sorry baby."

Cass smiled and gave Jim a wave as she held her glass of whiskey. She looked at Greer happily. "So you're both going to get up there and croon?"

Greer grinned at Cass "Ooh yes, your stuck with it too." with a wink at her. "You going to join us?" with a look at Cass and Jaime.
