Ten Minutes Ago (Teddy) - Creator's Workshop

His fingers brushed over her cheek and he cupped it lightly, leaning in to press a kiss against her lips. "I don't know why you would even think that I wouldn't still want you." Because, let's face it... he didn't have a clue.

Her eyes drifted shut as he kissed her, the Caitiff leaning into the touch if his lips and the touch if his hand as she arched her back to gently press her body against his.
"I love you..."

He smiled, his hands moving over her back so that he could hold her close. He kissed her again, slow and sweet. "And I love you, Teddy."

The fingers that rested on his back closed gently around the fabric of his shirt with a light tremble. Soft lips lingering near his with a gentle smile as her eyes remained closed for a few more moments, just wanting to feel him.

He held her, smiling at her as he leaned back enough to look her in the eye. "You still haven't told me why you thought I would leave you."

"Because now people might know.." she said softly. "I know you prefer your private life be private and this... I was worried you might be angry with me or maybe embarrassed..." well at least she was smiling. At least she was honest.
"I could probably give you a hundred reasons why you should leave, but I'm glad you can think of none"

He shook his head and pulled her close, leaning in to kiss her again. "This isn't your fault. I can't be angry at you. I just can't."

The blond in his arms sighed softly.
"You're so much better than I deserve..." she smiled gently against his lips.

He shook his head and held her close. His lips moved over hers as he spoke, the words barely more than a whisper. "Oh, my love. You're too good for me. You truly are." He sighed quietly, closing his eyes so he could just take in the feel of her, the scent of her. "We should make some dinner. And then relax a bit. Sound good?"

It felt so good when he called her that. The way it added a hint of pink to her cheeks probably telling him that as much as her smile and the gentle touch of her lips did.
"Sound wonderful..." Teddy whispered as she pulled back to look up at him with hopeful eyes. "Can you stay...?"

He nodded, turning his head so he could nuzzle against the side of her neck. There, little kisses were pressed, just gentle brushes of his lips. "Yes... As long as you don't mind me staying, that is."

She tightened her arms around him with a slightly trembling embrace, savouring that sweet sweet feeling of his lips on her skin.
"What a stupid question..." she chuckled. "Of course I want you to stay"

He laughed quietly. "I was afraid that you wouldn't, honestly." He seemed to be blushing just a little bit, his hand coming up to rub the back of his neck. "I mean, I just went to ask the harpy to release the fact that you and I were together because I pulled a stupid and had to have you in the elevator when I knew there were cameras in there." He shrugged, giving her a guilty look. "I'd understand if you were angry with me. Or if you didn't want me to stay."

"I'm not angry..." the blond smiled warmly at him, slowly moving both hands to rest on his chest. "I could've said no. But I didn't want to. I... I like it too much that you want me that much..." she admitted as she bit her lip while looking up at him.
"And I like your passion too much to ever turn it away. I love being yours... and I don't mind the world knowing that"

He smiled at her, his hand running gently through her hair. "Good. I was worried for a bit there. For what it's worth, I'm sorry for any trouble it might cause you." He reluctantly turned, though, to pick the bags of food off of the bed. "Sadly, this is the only sort of time I hate being a ghoul."

"You're just Medwyn to me..." Teddy said softly, her hand brushing lightly down his back as he turned to pick up the bags before moving to the small kitchen with him.

He looked over his shoulder at her as he started to unload the bags onto the counter. Turning to start gathering pots and pans, he smiled again. "I know. It means a lot to me that I am. But some things must never be forgotten, lest others seek to use it against you."

She moved so she could help him without actually stepping in his way, despite the small space.
"At least while you're here, there's no need to think about it" the Caitiff smiled gently, letting her hand briefly touch his back with a comforting, loving touch.

He grinned at her while his fingers brushed her hand. He took a large pot to start filling it with water, his glance toward her was gentle, if a little tired. "That's good. Very good. I'd like to just forget about it for a while."

"Deal" Teddy smiled at him, leaning over to kiss his shoulder before turning to start on the ingredients to the sauce since she figured that's what they were for.
Really, just having him there, knowing he'd be there when she woke up the next evening, helped soothe her own tiredness. She hoped it could soothe his as well.

He grinned at her as she kissed his shoulder, the turned to look at her with a smile. "Please tell me you have something like The Wedding Singer or something funny to watch, too?" He turned so that he could set the water on to boil.

It was nice,really nice to just be able to do something like this. Just peace and quiet, just the two of them. No interruptions, no stress.
Teddy nodded and flashed him a bright smile.
"Pretty sure I got that on the hard drive. If you wanna, you can bring dinner over to the sofa so we can melt some brain cells watching a movie while you eat"

He nodded. "That sounds perfect, actually." He turned back to the bag on the counter, so he could pull out the chicken he had bought, pulling out a pan and adding that to the heat as well. He was comfortable, more than a little bit, in the kitchen. He was slicing chicken as he waited for the pan to warm and the water to boil. "But only if you'll grab that bottle of wine I brought and open it so it can breathe?" He turned to flash her another smile.

"I can do that" she smiled, shuffling the diced vegetables over on one side of the cutting board before turning to go grab the wine. She'd place it on the kitchen table though after opening it, so it wouldn't accidentally get knocked over while they moved about the kitchen.

He grinned at her as he continued chopping the chicken. Or was it choking the chick...it didn't matter. He was doing that thing. "Excellent. I could get used to this," he mused quietly.
