Relaxing "Ah that makes much more sense. I know from what I saw of him, he'd not voluntarily leave your side."

"He said.. not unless I wanted him to," a weak smile and a sigh. "But I'm sure this will all work out soon."

"I think we both hope for that my dear." with a knowing tone and soft sigh.

"Hope is what we have, right?"

"Yes and at times it's all we have, but I'm called naive for having it. Just as a warning."

"I've been called naive... And much worse," she shook her head with a smirk. "Better to have hope than have nothing at all."

"I am happy to be in such good company." with a smile she can feel.

She simply smiled to Greer. "Have you thought anymore about that get together you were talking about?"

"Yes but I think the way I'd prefer to do it, no one would come and so not sure how to handle. But I was thinking of karaoke and need a DJ that can handle it but I have the space."

"Kindred DJ or a ghoul? there are plenty of programs for karaoke that are computer base that could run something fairly smooth if you're interested," she smiled. "As for who would show up-- well... People that want to have a good time. Fuck everyone else," said in a bright tone of voice.

"Well I'd like a night that Jim and I didn't have to pull the song back." with a chuckle "And if your art work was there too it would be a kindred only and NO mortal thing, so we could have fun. Just imagine the silly fun." with a gentle hug again.

Yes she was geeking but it was fun to feel the happiness from Greer literally fill the room.

She laughed aloud. "I'll be spending the night as a drooling statue in the corner, won't I?" Cass joked happily, honestly not minding at all. "Sounds like a very good night."

"It's not going to be formal and I think it's a fun way to relieve some stress. But I'll have to be good with my song choices....." with sultry giggle.

"As oppose to being bad?" She grinned, her tone inquisitive.

"Yes..." with another sultry laugh and then "But I think it would be fun. Maybe a bit frivolous but fun."

"Frivolous or not," she gave a light shrug, "I think that kind of fun is needed every so often."

"I enjoy it a lot, it's no pressure for me and I have a fun time performing." the cheeriness in her voice is almost infectious.

"Do you think you will be attending the new Harpy's murder mystery party?" Curiously asked.

"I wasn't invited." with a smile back at her.

"That's a bunch of bullshit," she frowned. "S'alright. I wasn't planning on going anyway. We van make our own party. Call it a movie night."

"I'll see if Jim was, he probably was but I can think of a number of things I enjoy doing that could occur instead." with a soft laugh.

"I keep thinking these parties are a good way to meet kindred I have yet to meet. Eventually, I will just have to show up to one and muscle my way into conversations," she chuckled. "But I'm not really.... in the mood for a murder mystery. Not right now."

"I think we've both had enough "drama" in our lives as of late." with a sigh.

"You said it, sister," she nodded in agreement with her own sigh.

Again idly playing with a strand of Cass's hair, "Then again I am not on most local's radar." a smile felt more than seen "At this moment I don't think it's a bad thing."
