Her smile widened. "That is one of my favorites, actually."

"I've got the whole series want to watch one?" with a happy bounce at her.

"I'd be happy to watch with you. Sure Jim won't mind?"

"In case you didn't notice he's out a lot." going for her lap top to set up the movie on the coffee table, heading back the hall and then coming back with the Thin Man box set. "The first one?" her delight in having a partner in crime at watching the movies over flows into the room.

"The first one's perfect," she said as she made her way back over to the couch and got comfortable.

Greer looks at her "Popcorn?" before sitting down and hitting play.

"Wish I could, but thank you. I hear there's a way to retrain your body to be able to accept foods again. But it's not a process I've started to learn."

Greer nodded curling up on the couch as well, "Alex is a good teacher to learn that.", leaning over and pushing play, then curling up to watch what was obviously a favorite movie of hers as well.

"So he's said," with a smile, though made no other comment on it as she simply, happily stared at the screen.

"I miss the clothes..." softly said as they watch the movie.

"I don't miss the underwear," she said with a chuckle.

'Oh but I like my lace bra, undies and garters. Silk stockings and the like, I love the way it makes me feel and look. I also like the heels from then and hats." with a look at Cass "Okay I am a girlie girl but I've never denied that either."

"Nothing wrong with being a girlie girl," she chuckled. "I think I just... didn't like the expectations? I always had to be a bit different. Fight against the standard. Not so much anymore."

"Hey trust me it's better than bustles." with a soft sigh.

"I'll have to take your word on that one," she chuckled.

Greer looks at her "Ah costuming for Paris." with a chuckle "It really did suck at times...."

"I only really remember my mother complaining about bustles and corsets," she grinned. "By the time I was old enough for that sort of thing, the phase had passed, thankfully."

"Ah for the love of fashion...." with a grin and "Can you believe Myrna Loy was touted as an "exotic" beauty?" watching the woman on the screen.

"Yeah, right... If you counted the plains of Iowa to be an exotic locale," she chuckled.

"No really that's how she was originally "sold" in Hollywood." with a giggle "Funny how times have changed."

"Yeah, really... Put a little extra collagen in your lips and all the sudden your the new 'it' girl..." Eye roll.

'Oh that's a scary thought....." with a shake of her head "Or a new bottle of dye and one is "reborn""

"Have you seen the pictures of the women and men who have plastic surgery? Egads... What the hell is wrong with people?"

"Joan River's is permanently surprised now." with a grin at her.

"Not only is Joan Rivers permanently surprised, but she now permanently looks like a goose. HONK!"
