He laughed. "Truth be told, I don't say no much."

"Exactly, now I'm randomly going to look at you and say - sure purple wont' work." her whole body reflecting the humor of the moment, she actual has a smile and is looking better than when he first showed.

He started to laugh. "At least I can amuse ya."

"What you cheer me up. " with a gentle hug and lean.

He hugged her and kissed the top of her head. "Good. I'm glad."

"I think it's a good thing too." staying tight to him.

He smiled. "Now, let's go let these boys run, whatcha think?"

"Go run with your boys. I'll take my time behind you." with a grin at him.

He shook his head. "Nope. You're holdin' tha boys right now."

She took the boys, keeping a steady but much slower pace then they were use to she headed out, to walk them along the beach. "No laughing if they take off dragging me."

He smiled and slipped an arm around her waist. "I don't think that'll be a problem."

She leaned into his hold on her, "I could snap in two between the 3 of you." playfully said "Let's not play how far can we stretch Greer. Honestly I don't get any taller that way."

He laughed. "Gonna get ya some stilts."

"Oh I can see the clear pyrex stilts now..." gently bumping into him "But then you'd be like why is she hitting my hip. she always hit my thigh before."

He laughed. "But you'd be able ta give me a proper hip-bump with stilts."

"And I'd go flying across the room, from your return. and people would be like - ah Greer was on stilts again I see."

He laughed. "Now that, I can't argue with."

"See I do think of these things." still holding the leads to the dogs, keeping a pretty good pace but to the dogs and Jim it's more a slow stroll.

He was fine with that, it seemed. So were the dogs. "Hmm. Fair."

"Then it's trying to think of new songs to tempt you with." looking out at the water, and staying tightly to him.

He laughed. "Darlin', ya tempt me either way."

"Oh really so I should stop trying to find ways to surprise you." with a pouty lower lip.

He laughed. "Hell no. I like surprises."

"Good because I like thinking up new things to surprise you." softly humming as she walks, then singing without words, and oblivious that she's doing it.

He went quiet when she started to sing. He was content to just walk with her on the beach and occasionally kiss the top of her head. "That's pretty," he finally said.
