Curiousity continued...... - Gilded Cage

Greer let Ren into her place, then looks at Ren "I have no refreshments, or food.  Sorry." tossing her coat on the couch.

"No worries." She looked around. "Gotta admit, the apartments are nice."

"Yes this a one floor and there is a 2 story one too." with a smile at her.

"I probably wouldn't need a two story..."

"Thanks for suggesting this, it's more comfortable than a noisy and crowded club."

"I am just trying to get out more, and see what's here, but in the end I am many ways a homebody too." with a soft laugh. "I have to say piano's make wonderful companions. They take up space, but they don't eat much and when you fall asleep on them they don't complain." with a wink at her.

She laughed at the image of Greer all curled up on top of her piano. It was a cute image.

"Violins don't allow for such." She grinned.

'I could hear it complaining about sharing space with you." with a smile at her. Picturing a violin going "get off me get off me." with a giggle.

"I am quite the bed hog." She smirked.

Greer laughs with her "I'm not, I take up less room than my piano."

"You are kind of a wee lil thing." She grinned.

"True I"ll give you that." with a laugh "And I've been told more than once I weigh nothing too." giggling harder.

Greer looks at her suddenly serious "Ok as one girl to another, any notes on who not to be alone in a room with or whom is worth getting in a closed room?" with a mischievous smile at Ren.

She laughed. "I'd say stay away from thirteen. Creepy little prick. I've been told he likes to hear girls scream, and not in the good way."

"I wonder if that's who was climbing out at the docks and when I tried to sooth the kid they ran away...." looking at Ren "Ok who else you've been here longer." with a grin at her.

"Well, I knew the Harpy, Dr. Dove, had met Lady Grace once, met Victor who played Edward for the first time, and saw the Prince and then Jim showed, but I think that's about it for me." looking at Ren.

"I knew the Officers. The Prince. You and Sam of course. Grace. Jim."

She laughed. "You missed my shining moment." She was grinning like a fool. "I got Victor Morton to come."

"REALLY!" then looking around as if afraid he might appear "What a creepy ass man and did you get him in a shirt?" looking at Ren curiously.

"I wish! I had one for him, but he was already kind of irritated that I'd asked him to come, so I wasn't gonna press my luck."

"Did he get glittered? Or was he given the wide berth he normally is. I had a meeting with him and it was just creepy, mechanical thing and" she shudders "Yeah creepy....what do you say?"

"There was glitter on everything." She chuckled. "No one went after him but he still sparkled a little."

"He's creepy for certain, but...it's weird. I want to like him even though I know I really shouldn't." She shook her head. "He's been a good teacher though."

Greer raises an eye brow "Teacher for? IF I may be so bold?" curiously asked.

"Well if you want to practice what you've learned I can help there." with a smile "I too am fluent in German. You'll have to let me know, and yes my dear moth you should watch what flames attract you." with a soft laugh "Or if you're like me, I still have to know even if I KNOW it's bad for me." with a soft giggle.

"That is a trait we most certainly share." She laughed. "What about you and Victor? Any interesting topics covered?" It was pretty obvious the man fascinated her.
