She laughs as he swats her ass, looking at him "Good point.", and another laugh. "Do I get your number now?" with a wink at him.

He laughed again. "Depends. Am I gonna get yours?"

"Yes you're going to get mine." shaking her head and stretching.

He let her stretch. Then he slid away from her. Planted a kiss on her navel. "Let me know when ya ready. I'll give ya my number."

She nods, gets out of bed, he can hear foot falls to the front, and then she comes back with her phone. "I don't know my number yet." trying to search the phone for her number, and sitting back on the edge of the bed.

While he waited for her to get back he reached for his own pants. He pulled his phone out of his pocket. Then he rattled off a set of numbers for her. "I don't know mine either. I just make it tell me."

She put in his number and then pressing call "That's quicker." with a soft laugh.

He waited for the phone to ring. Then he grinned at her as he pressed the save feature. "Got ya all saved." He tilted his head. "Should I get dressed?"

"If you want to." she says looking back at him "Which ever you prefer and don't ask me to decide for you. Either way I'll be fine." with a genuine smile at him.

He crooked a finger at her. "Come 'ere. Ya got ta hear all 'bout my friend. Why don't ya tell me a little 'bout yourself." He just waited for her to join him.

She crawled up to him, curled into him "I just moved here from Berlin, I was acknowledged in France, and that's where I met a young Sam. His Sire and my sponsor were I guess allies but both died in WW II. After my obligations in Berlin were done, I had an odd strong pull of the song to move here, and well here I am." with a soft sigh and a hand adjusted the necklace around her neck. Looking up at him "Or were you looking for my favorite color is purple, and I like to read."

He pulled her into his lap. Adjusted her a little. Then wrapped his arms around her waist. "Anything ya happen ta be comfortable tellin' me darlin." He smiled. Then traced a finger over her cheek. "So ya think tha harpy's playin games with ya?"

"I don't know but it's all been a bit surreal." shaking her head "So that's what would be going on if I was in Paris again but then again Estaban is quite a tease, but he offered to lend a hand so I guess in the end I shall see." with a shrug "Are you staying or going?" carefully asked.

He smiled. "Stayin' for a little longer." He kissed her cheek. "Everybody else been treatin' ya okay though?"

"Yes, everyone has been nice Mal and Estaban were a bit of a inside joke show, which maybe why I am a bit leary. I asked Estaban if I could use him as a buffer from things or people I don't want to deal with. Plus I don't arrange my own performances well, and I asked him if he'd be willing to run interference there too." taking a deep breath "I agreed to work for Dr. Dove Monday through Thursday at her clinic to help out."

As if trying to find her words "I like making friends, hanging out and try to avoid politics like the plague. I can't stand jealousy and I think he's upset I basically told him I was hoping we could be friends but nothing more." with a shrug "Sorry flipped back to Estaban there. So I am not really sure why he set me up with you."

He brushed his fingers through her hair. "If he's such a pain in tha ass 'bout it, want me ta do it?" He grinned. "I prolly sing more'n he does anyway."

She laughed "I don't know, it's just been odd, and it feels like a game. I don't mind games, I just like to know that I am playing if that makes sense?" leaning into his touch.

Looking up at him, then obviously making a choice, she takes a deep breath "Ok from your story earlier I will give you one I don't normally tell. I was embraced due to a jealous person, who killed me, and when my head stopped spinning I was embraced. But every night I am reminded of the wound, and will be for the rest of my existence." she says softly.

He laughed at the first. "Yeah that makes sense darlin'." Then he listened. Then he frowned. He brushed the hair away from her face and kissed her cheek. "I'm sorry that happened ta ya. Ya thing 'bout jealousy makes sense now." He smiled at her. "Ya wanna talk 'bout it?"

She took his hand, placing it at her sternum, "Right here every night where the dagger went in" sliding his hand up towards her heart "To here. I was a ghoul, doing as I was taught, but one I was "seeing" tried to get me from my dormier and when he said no. It's a classic tale of "IF I can't have you no one will." but I passed out from blood loss, and woke up not a toreador but a Daughter. To this day I have no clue who actually sired me." with a soft laugh "But luckily when my original dormier who died the same night I did from the same person, one of those that I had been with took me and became my sponsor." looking at him.

"I am keeping it short and sweet because some of it's a blur and some I don't think I want to remember. Then I was trained in ways, that most don't get, and I found I'd infuriate people because they'd be doing what they thought would get me in bed, to merely have me give a kiss on a cheek good night. So it became easier to just say from the start, I want to be friend and don't expect anything else." with a sad smile "I just got tired of burning bridges that I didn't realize I was burning. My sponsor kept telling me I was to naive."

His hand was warm against her. He left it there at her chest. Then he kissed her temple. "I think that some folks just don't understand ya. Or anyone for that matter. No one matters ta 'em but themselves." He rubbed a warm circle on her stomach. "If nothin' else, ya met someone who ain't gonna play games with ya. Or use ya. Or even expect things from ya. Cept for that bar singin'. But only cause ya promised." He grinned at her.

She chuckled "Yes I did, but that's an easy promise to keep. I'm really quite simple." putting her hand on his on her stomach "But you also promised to teach me to drive." with a grin at him. "Plus I'd really like to see what you on a guitar, me on piano and singing together could do. Are you in on the Sheriff's up coming prank?"

His brow rose quizzically. "I ain't heard nothin' 'bout a prank." He smiled at her. "What's it all 'bout?"

"Have you heard of these movies called the Twilight?" rolling her eyes.

He stared at her. With a blank expression. "No.."

"I hadn't either but in this series vampires "glitter" so the Sheriff is trying to get a court set up that, everyone is wearing things from these movies, and there will be glitter bombs that are going to be dumped on specific people that have been overly dramatic lately from what I've gathered. Sam is trying to get me to wear a T-shirt, supposedly the Sheriff and Ren are in on it too. But that seems to be coming up soon." shaking her head "Sam made me watch the damn movie, it was bad, and I think it's meant to be humorous. Anther rumor is the Prince is in on it as well. I thought you'd like a heads up to the "festivities" and I have not a clue when."
