"Do you like to do hands on things, where maybe getting a fixer upper and redoing it is more your thing than say "real estate"? asked nicely but trying to figure out what she was looking to do.

She shrugged.

"Maybe? Or I could be a land lord! I'm sure I would fall in love with houses."

She shook her head.

"I will do it. Want to do it on own."

"I think I'll need it. I haven't really looked at my money in a while, 'cept to take it away from Chet."
