You back yet? (Teddy, Open) - Sunflower Beach

The little red fox pattered up to the house through the back yard and whined at the door.

She never went anywhere alone these nights, which meant that Medwyn was somewhere in the house no doubt seeing as Teddy was as well. She'd wanted to come by to pick up some clothes, clothes she was still carrying when she'd heard the whining.

Going to check it out, she recognized the fox easily enough and put the clothes away to open the door for her.
"Hey, Eve.."

Eve came in transforming surprisingly fast and pulling the catiff into a hug.

"You are better! You stupid thing you! You fucking scared me!"

"S-sorry" she returned the hug gently. "I didn't plan on getting stabbed..." did anyone ever plan on such a thing? "I didn't mean to scare you" the blond said softly with a gentle smile, though, she herself had probably been the most scared of everyone.

Eve put Teddy at arms length and started checking her to make sure she was ok. It was surprisingly motherly.

"I told you the Tremere would try to fucking get you! Thank Gaia they didn't take you! I will teach you fortitude, as much as you can and you will not live alone anymore."

It would seem there was nothing wrong with the blond, at least not physically.
"I do live with someone, Eve. I have Medwyn..." she said softly, though she didn't object to the Gangrel checking to see if she was alright. "I mean, we don't live here right now, but I'm not alone. I don't go anywhere alone now.." she offered her a gentle smile, partially to cover up the fact that she didn't go alone anywhere because it scared the Hell out of her.
"But thanks... really... means a lot that you care"

He appeared at the door behind Teddy. Just a silent step and he was behind her, one hand on his shoulder.

"Ah, hello again."

Seems he knew Eve.

Eve frowned at Teddy, but offered a fist for Mewdyn to 'bump', "Hey you. I'm glad you're watching out for Teddy here."

"I still say you learn all the fortitude you can, k? For me." She said to Teddy.

"I.." she paused and nodded. "I know some.. I'd be happy to learn more though" she'd be happy if she didn't have to get hurt like that again. Being torpored for the first time had been a scary ass experience for her.
She leaned back lightly against Medwyn.

"You can come too Medwyn! Eve's Fortitude classes! Ra!" She clawed at the air.

"It won't stop everything but it'll give you a bit more of a chance. That's the thing you gotta know, even a neonate can torp a master of fortitude. Much easier to hurt someone that stop the hurt. That is the world."

"BUT it's better to have a chance than no chance, right? I'll teach the classes here?"

She figured Medwyn was better at it than she was. Or at least she hoped Ethan had kept up his offer of teaching him. Either way, Eve's help was appreciated as she blond nodded.
"Sure, we can do it here" just as well really. It gave her a push to get out of the Prince's house, if only for a breather. Stepping outside the door these nights too effort.

"I am a super duper master of fortitude! Foritude is my bitch! I can walk out into the sun now...now the trick is staying awake, haha!"

Eve scratched her head a little embaressed. She had fallen asleep out in the sun and got a bad sunburn which luckily no one had been around to notice.

To walk in the sun... She could hardly believe such a thing could be achieved when you were a vampire, but, Elder's had tricks she could only dream of. So if the Gangrel had learned to endure the sun? The Caitiff was nothing but happy for her.

"I have trouble staying awake during the day even when I push my will" she smiled softly, she really did sleep like the dead and then some.

"Ya, there's tricks for that too, just haven't figured it out yet!" Eve said determined.

He laughed softly.

"While I would love to, I am afraid I currently am unable to attend Fortitude classes. At least for a little while. Can we call it a rain check?"

"Uh, why?"

She turned her head slightly, looking up at him. Not quite understanding why he couldn't.

He smiled.

"I believe I have lessons with someone else first."

"How soon are ya gonna be done? Saves time to teach you both at once."

She turned enough to push herself up on her toes to touch her lips to the side of his neck in an affectionate gesture.
"It's alright. I can wait" the blond nodded as she touched the heel of her feet back down on the floor.

He shook his head.

"Don't be silly, Teddy. You should go ahead. I'm not sure how long the other will take."

"Well, maybe I teach Teddy and she teaches you! Sound good? Ya?"

He smiled.

"That sounds wonderful."

She looked from Eve to Medwyn.
"You sure?" she asked softly. After all, he was the center of her world. Of course she worried.

He laughed softly.

"Of course I'm sure."
