This kind of girl talk didn't happen that often. But it was soooo nice to do it. It was a good escape from the stupid. And Cass wouldn't tell on Teddy's sexual preferences. Not now or ever. Though Cass' sexual interludes came with a few secrets of their own...

It was a good escape from stupid and a nice distraction from worries, and hey, you didn't actually need to be drunk if you were good enough friends with the person you were talking with. Actually, not being drunk was a good thing, meant you could choose not to be a blabbermouth when asked a question, that way you could avoid giving details no one needed to know! Or wanted to know for that matter.

"Hey, I haven't gotten hurt yet" Teddy grinned at her. "Good dex" she winked, though it undoubtedly helped to have a strong lover.
"So" time she managed to sneak in a question, even if Cass was probably the one who'd be asking most of them. "Most exciting place you've ever done it at?" it was one of those inevitable questions really.

"On the roof of a house, actually," Cass bit her lip thinking about that one. "Before my embrace with Jeremiah."

She was smiling, which was good. As painful as it was to lose him when Jennica had him killed and what a totally shitty situation it was, that memory was a good one. Those were the memories she cherished, the ones that left her filling full and made her toes curl at the thought of it.

"He lived in his family home-- parents, siblings, cousins. There just wasn't any private space. I mean, it was a small house with four rooms, where're you gonna go? We got caught in the cotton fields once. I remember it was the fourth of July and one of Jeremiah's neighbors was cooking jambalaya. They'd saved up all their money for a month to get enough to give everyone in that community a taste. We'd gone to the roof to watch the fireworks, him and me. We were making plans to leave Alabama and... It just happened. Under the fireworks."

"Good memory" she smiled, truly smiled as she pulled her knees close to her body and wrapped her arms around them. "Pretty damn out in the open too" the blond kinda had to laugh. "Surprised you didn't get caught" because, you know, roof.

"We may have and just didn't know it," she laughed brightly. "But whatever noise we did make was drowned out by the sounds of the animals in the swamp behind us. Nothing like making love to the sound of croaking frogs," she grinned.

Cass slipped down into the couch a little further, a bit more comfortable as she looked at Teddy with a dreamy look. She nudged her knee again with a bare foot.

"Same question to you, my dear."

"Actually" and she had no clue if the Rose would believe her considering all the stories that circulated about the Caitiff in the right circles. "I'm kinda boring" she laughed. "But most exciting place place? Probably the Regency elevator and you've kinda already gotten to hear about that" Hell, everyone had.

"Oh, the elevator couldn't be boring at all! I'm a little jealous," oh, yes. Yes she was. "What was the most exciting thing about it?"

Okay, so her answer would have to include a little something about Medwyn but nothing the Rose couldn't already gues really.
"Being wanted so badly he didn't want to wait" the blond smiled, chewing on her lip for a moment. "Who doesn't like that feeling?" really?

"Oh, you hussy, you!" Cass was giggling and poking Teddy with a toe. "That's what happen when you wiggle your hips too much when you walk."

"Hah!" she laughed, poking her back in turn with a grin. "I don't need to wiggle my hips, I had a miniskirt on, works much better thank you!"
Okay so maybe Cass was right, but damn it if Teddy cared.

"Ooooooh!" Cass sat up as she drew out the word loudly. "You're a proper slut!"

Yes, viewing audience, this was meant in jest. Or in some circles was the greatest of compliments. Friends can talk to each this way.

And because she knew it was in jest, she also knew Cassiel wouldn't take it too seriously when Teddy smirked and gave her the finger.
"Mooooving on!"

Snicker.

"So... can I raid your closet sometime?" Grin.

Which just got more giggles from the blond.
"Yeah, sure. But you're a bit more curvy than me so dunno if it would fit. Feel free to try on anything you like though, but my B means your, what, double C or something'll get all squished" Teddy laughed.

"Hmm, well now I don't know..." Off came the bra in the magical way all women can get their bras off without removing their shirt. And, lo! It was not fancy. At all. Just a plain black cotton bra with no frills, no lace, no nothing. Cass was checking the tag. An indication that Cass didn't buy clothes of any kind too terribly often.

"C," she nodded. "Not double, though. I'd fall over!"

Couldn't blame her for having to check, figuring out bra sizes still came across as some kind of dark magic to the blond. Actually, Medwyn seemed to have a better hang of it than she did.
"I'd fall over just having yours" Teddy giggled. "But really, feel free to browse sometime" just... Teddy needed time to remove a few items first. *coughs*

"These are why I lack a lot of grace, okay?" Really, it was true. Or at least that's what she was telling herself. "And I may just take you up on that and.... Oh, my gosh! I found the coolest bouquet ever! And I only remember now because we're talking about boobs and I saw the add on a lingerie site online and... Well... tada!"

She pulled up the picture on her phone to show Teddy.

"Oh, oh that's awesome!" Teddy snatched the phone with a grin and looked the image over carefully. "Really really awesome actually" what had they been talking about again? Eh, short attention span.

The women who acted like teenagers had attention deficit disorder? Well, of course they did!

"I know, right? And it's made out of recycled paper. One version of the bouquet has butterflies that you plant and they turn into wildflowers. I think I want to give wedding favors like that. Something you can plant. I don't know, what do you think? I mean, kindred may like it? Would you like it?"

"Oh, oh I'd love it" of course she would, what kind of silly question was that? "More flowers for the garden!" she looked to Cassiel with a bright happy grin, because she really did love that garden that swelled with flowers already. "I think it sounds like a wonderful idea. It gives people something to remember in a whole other way than just something that gets tucked into a drawer and forgotten"

"Yeah, that's what I thought. A gift of life, you could say," she nodded. "Maybe I should get little paper bras that turn into flowers," she wiggled her eyebrows. "Scandalize everyone."

Teddy blinked.
"Waddayamean little paper bras? You should get one that actually fits that turns into flowers. Shouldn't that be perfect for a Gangrel? Or maybe it needs to be furry. Ooooh" yeah now her head had started working. "You should get like a Jane outfit!" cue more laughing. "Leopard bikini!" sorry the blond was mentally disturbed, obviously.

"If he starts swinging from the rooftops, then I will do that. Call him Tarzan," mmm... Tarzan... "Quick, I need a loincloth!"

Oh, Alex would kill her. But she was typing away just the same on the computer.

"Pretty sure I got some leopard pattered fabric in the mini workshop upstairs. I'll throw together a makeshift loincloth in all about ten minutes. Just remind me before you leave tonight and you can surprise lover boy when you get home"
She wanted to add "and I want pictures!" but, no, no she wasn't sure she wanted the pictures. Although a picture of Cassiel's reaction to Alex in a loincloth? That might be interesting.

But that's what telepathy was for! Cass was near tears with a laughter. "Think he'd get the idea if I sent them up in a pretty box to his office."

Cue innocent smile and a fluttering of eyelashes.
