"I dunno. Does it matter if it's weird if it makes you happy? You'll get to call him your husband..." she smiled softly.

"It doesn't matter to me," she smiled. "I just worry, is all."

"Well, you shouldn't worry so much. Specially not over things like that. I think it's wonderful you're getting married" really wonderful actually.

She laughed softly. "I just wish it was over already!"

"Wedding nerves or just fed up with the stress?" the blond giggled.

"It's the stress," she said softly. "There's no question, I want to be Alex's wife. In a lot of ways, I already am. But there's certain things... Like making sure we don't offend anyone... that we have to keep in mind."

"What do you mean offend anyone? It's your wedding, your life, your big day" the blond frowned.

"And even though that's true, it's still... very political. At least in the sense that the guests are going to be members of the Camarilla. We can't invite just certain people and risk offending others... You know what I mean?"

"But.. maybe a little happiness will make people stop and think... and stop this petty bullshit. Okay, so I started it with Areron, but..." Sigh.

"Biiitchy bitchy lady doesn't get to ruin your wedding" nose poke.

"Are you kidding? She was flirting pretty hard with Alex when she first showed up... Hands all over him, making the eyes at him."

"I don't think she'll ruin it... but... It will only be for his sake."

Teddy frowned, pouting her lips.
"I doubt you got any reason to worry you know? I saw how he looked at you, I won't be looking at anyone else even if they do try to throw themselves at his feet and makes eyes at him" she said. "You shouldn't have to invite anyone you don't want in you wedding, Cass"

"Shouldn't have to, I know," she smiled. "But it's no big deal."

"But it is, it's your day not hers" she actually sounded a bit upset on Cass' behalf.

"If this is the bad news for the day of? Then I can be happy. Teddy, I don't want to cause more problems."

"Okay, if you say so" though... she didn't want her friend's big day ruined by little bitchy Torries who couldn't leave well enough alone. Teddy was highly unlikely to ever be married, she wanted her friend's wedding though to be perfect. To be Cassiel's day, not one turned into a political drama.

"... Maybe I should leave it up to Alex?"

"Maybe you should decided together" another nose poke.

Cass nodded. "Maybe. But he knows more about politics than I do."

"Oh, fuck politics!" she groaned. "It's a wedding. We're not in the dark ages. It's a good thing, between two people who love each other and wants to spend eternity together"

"Vampires, Teddy," she looked at her friend, a look of defeat on her face. "Most don't think like you or I."

"Aaaaand fuck them too" she nodded and smirked. "This has nothing to do with anyone but you two and the people you wish to share it with"

"I'll talk to Alex," she nodded.

"Good the blond nodded, giving her an encouraging smile. "He's gonna be your husband after all"
