Spin the Wheel - White's Funhouse

She smiled as his hand brushed her face. Turned a bit so she could brush her cheek against his fingers.

"Unintentionally, there is a risk. But that is not something for you to be held accountable for. There are things that you couldn't possibly know about me, my body, and my psyche. It's too soon for you to know them yet, as these are things that take time to learn. So I cannot be offended if you unintentionally harm me in some way."

He nodded slowly, and his smile turned to a grin. "I expect I will know far more of both by the end of this evening."

She laughed softly.

"I wouldn't know. I have no idea what you've got planned for me."

He nodded. "True. So you are satisfied with 'red' ?"

She nodded.

"I suppose that I am. Though now I'm going to admit to actually being a bit nervous."

He nodded. "Is there anything you can think of that I should know?"

She smiled as she shook her head.

"Nothing comes to mind."

"Hmmm." he grinned as he gently took her by the chin, and leaned in for a soft kiss. "What about now?"

She smiled, kissing him gently. But she made no move to do anything other than react to him. Her eyes shone with what might have been mischief.

"I can kill a man with a touch," she whispered playfully. Though there was little doubt that it was true. She was a Tremere.

"I can steal a woman's heart with a glance." he grinned.

Her brow lifted, as she continued to grin.

"So I've noticed. You can also make Tremere act outside of the norm." She chuckled softly, reaching over to cover his hand with hers again. "Truthfully. I trust you. At least for this."

He took her hand and drew it to his lips. "I am honored by your trust."

She tilted her head and smiled.

"Thus far, you have earned it."

"I hope to continue to do so." he smiled, as they pulled into a private parking garage beneath a high-class condo. He got out, dismissing the driver, and offered her his hand.

She took his hand, sliding out of the vehicle smoothly. Then, as though the thought had just crossed her mind:

"Why does someone else need to be there?"

He smiled. "Simply to assist me. I assure you, she will be quite unable to speak of it."

That seemed to be mildly disturbing to the small redhead. But she nodded once, letting him lead her.

"Very well. I am officially now yours to command."

They entered an elevator and he punched a button. It was not far.

"What music do you prefer, m'lady?"

His house had an elevator? Much better than the one-story affair that she, the ghouls, her clanmate, James and Ethan all lived in. She was mildly impressed.

"I usually prefer Beethoven. Why?"

He smiled. "No reason."

The door opened to what was obviously a lounge type area. It is decorated with fine antiques, and bookcases as far as the eye can see. A massive closed cabinet on one wall may conceal a large flatscreen television. The furniture seems both very comfortable and stylish, plush black leather chairs and couches. The lights are dimmed, but there are an impressive number of candles lit all around the room.

Perhaps more surprising than the sights, however, is the sound. "Für Elise" can be heard playing over the entertainment system, surround sound speakers throughout the room. Not overpowering, but pleasant.

She stepped out of the elevator. Then she just closed her eyes, her head tilted as she listened to the sound floating through the room. A small smile played at her lips.

"This is my favorite Beethoven composition. It was the first song I ever learned to play." Her voice has lowered. It wasn't worried, it was simply ... respectful ... of the composer.

He smiled. "It was my hope that it would bring you comfort as we proceed. I take great care of my guests... and my servants."

Her eyes were still closed as she listened. Her face, tilted upward with that small smile was nearly angelic. She took a breath, then another, then another.

She opened her eyes and leveled them, in an out of character show, at his shoes.

"As you wish." It was quiet, but she was by no means whispering.

He caressed her cheek with his finger, then turned and walked to the main chair. As he sat in it, it looked as natural as a King sitting upon a throne. He regarded her, still smiling, but with an air of authority. He gestured. "Stand before me."
