Seduced by song (marcus) - Dima's Appartment

He thinks about this for a time "Physically, of course...my love" he rolls the phrase on his tongue like a fine wine, drawing out the last syllable with a shiver. "Emotionally, I would want to be connected to you in a way that left little doubt in our minds what we share. Would you be able to commit to me that way?" There is a wash of hope in his eyes as he says this, reaching up to cup Dima's cheek. "Fuck who you want to fuck, but remember that your heart and soul belongs to both your wife and me..."

"I could, in time." he replied. "But not with out us truly getting to know one another. I won't let us rush into something impetuous. Something you will regret later, when it is too late, something that might harm my family." he replied earnestly. Dima was a careful man it would seem.

His gaze looking over the young man before him. "I am older then most Marcus, I have lived this long with out the Camarilla through patience, and wisdom."

Marcus nods a bit at his words, chewing on his lower lip "Then tell me this isn't just a game to you. I've had the bond forcibly broken once..." he trails away as a haunted look passing through his green eyes, shaking it away with an effort of will. "And I can't live through that again." He reaches up to caresses Dima's cheek "If you -mean- what you say, and will live by it, I can take it slow for both our sakes. If you don't. If this is all just some magical night granted to me by a fairy godmother akin to cinderella, I can let you go and allow you to move on with you life." His eyes look pained by this statement, but couragously, he presses on "But I don't want that. I want you to tell me you love me, to feel me, to cherish me." Heartfelt words.

"Was my songs for you a game? My fingers on your skin? The way I hold you? Can you look at me and honestly think that?" he asked Marcus earnestly. Fingers reaching up to trace the young man's jawline.

"I won't say I love you, because I don't.. yet." his lips twisted slightly into a smile as he said yet, "Because I told you I wouldn't lie."

He smiles gently, his eyes searching the rugged features of Dima's face. "I feel silly for telling it to you though." he says, sighing softly "Not that I had much choice in the matter.." he adds, mumbling a bit. He lays his head down on Dima's chest, once more tracing random patterns on his flat stomach. "How do kindred do it...living so long and having these intense emotions roll through their souls and mind?" The question is soft, more to himself then to Dima but still asked.

"Most find an outlet of some sort, I think you already have yours." he said with a smile, his hand running through Marcus's hair.

"I have been alive over a thousand years..." he said softly after a moment, "How old are you Marcus?" he asked softly.

Marcus gasps, lifting his head to look directly at Dima. "Holy crap..." he whispers, looking suddenly very self concious. "Umm, I don't...wanna tell you how old I am..." He shakes his head, looking down "I will of course, but....it will make me sound silly and infatuated..."

"Then don't tell me till you are ready, but I already know you have not seen ten years as a kindred. Your reactions give you away.. you are still coming to terms with what you are." he smiled a soft understanding smile.

His jaw sets somewhat defiantly "But that doesn't make my feelings any less real. And I'm smart enough to know the difference between a silly little school girl crush and actual emotion." He nods firmly, a touch of passion entering his eyes as he slides up to straddle Dima's hips, pushing the elder onto his back. "In truth, I didn't want to tell you because I was afraid you would consider me a baby..." he says, looking down at the beautiful man.

"Do you see me as an old man?" he asked with a smile allowing Marcus to push him back against the bed and straddle his waist.. for now. His hands stroke idly across Marcus's stomach. His gaze is slowly becoming amused.

"Do you see me as a child?" he counters, his palms resting on Dima's chest, green eyes intent on Dima while his hips slowly, almost hypnotically begins moving around on Dima's manhood. He sees the amusement, but chooses to ignore it at the moment.

"If your plan is to seduce me again to prove that you aren't... I fail to see why I should tell you that I don't... right now.." he hissed the last as Marcus felt Dima's member stir just slightly beneath his attentions.

His hands fall to Marcus's hips, to still him. "However, we are supposed to be talking... there is plenty of time for that in this world.. trust me." he offers sitting up in bed to gently brush a kiss against Marcus's lips.

"Again?" he exclaims, laughing "I believe sir, that you, seduced me. I was busy practicing, thinking about life when suddenly, the gentle melody of -your- guitar began calling to me like a siren in the Odyssey." He doesn't much more time to counter anything as Dima's lips found his, causing Marcus to melt into the embrace, lifting a hand to trail along Dima's cheek.

It was only supposed to be a light hearted kiss, but when Marcus melted against him, he allowed his lips to linger. His hands to rove along his sides, and back, touching his skin gently. Allowing the kiss to convey a deeper level of caring then he was voicing, perhaps not love yet, but the stuff that love can build from.

His lips pull away and he rests his forehead against Marcus's, "Getting to know one another remember? Or do we need to put clothes back on?" his tone was teasing, but the threat behind them was real.

With an effort of will, Marcus nods, staring back into Dima's eyes "Clothed or unclothed, you would generally be a distraction wherever you go darlin." There was a light tone to his voice too, but it was clear he preferred Dima the way he way. He sighs after a moment, then nods "I was embraced three months ago. I was one of the last lines of defense the Sabbat made to halt the inevitable Camarilla victory that reclaimed this city. But with me..." he trails away for a second, pushing Dima back down onto the bed before retaking his place atop the man, resting his head lightly against Dima's chest "They realized I was different somehow. Maybe I was too smart, or too humane. From what Brody told me though, I was saved because I was too pure or something..." Marcus shrugs "So, they fed me a bunch of bullshit about how they had saved me from the Tyrannical leadership the cam was about to subject the city to, and that -they- were the ones who embraced me." It's obviously a hard story for him, and one that Dima would instinctively know he hadn't shared with anyone personally.

His pulls Marcus back down to him and holds him tightly. "And you are Cam now?" he asked curiously.

He nods a bit, but offers a shrug "For the moment. Raz0r has taken me in as her childe, claiming the right of accounting for me, but I'm still not convinced that the Cam is where I want to be. I love this city, and will do everything in my power to keep it safe, but..." he lifts his shoulder in another shrug "I just don't know. I don't really know what kind of options I have available to me." His fingers once again begin tracing random patterns into Dima's stomach as he falls to silence.

"Neither side is right... both sides do wrong. Both sides do horrible ugly things... One under the banner of freedom, one behind a mask of protecting those below them." he frowns as he thinks back over all of his years. "Then there are the Anarchs who are part of the Tower, only outside from with in, with less patience."

"Ultimately the choice is yours alone. Something to be weighed and measured. I belong to none of those factions." he replied easily enough. "It is a new war with new sides, that will break down and be rebuilt time and again as new enemies are made and old ones forgiven."

He nods, listening attentively to the wisdom that comes from a millenium of life, shivering slightly as that thought strikes him. His fingers continue tracing patterns against Dima's skin, but he seems content to simply absorb Dima's words. After a time he speaks again "It's not a decision I will make lightly Dima. It's...hard for me most of the time in the city. I see all these old places I used to frequent as a mortal woman, pass by friends who think me dead, walk by the hospital to see my friends coming and going from work..." His voice is soft, but there is pain there that he couldn't mask, even if he tried "I don't understand why I was taken from my life, or what I'm supposed to be doing with this new one handed to me. I know my emotions. I know how I feel and love and hate. I know how I -got- to this place, but I don't know what to do now that I'm here.." It was clear he was talking about more then just tonight. "I hate being so rudderless. And worse, I always feel like I'm saying something wrong or that speaking what's in my heart and mind will only be met with ridicule by people centuries if not millenium older then me."

"If that treat you that way it is most likely because they are jealous with how close you are still with what you used to be. How sweet it is to be new, to not know all of the ugly and dirty things they know. I envy you that..." he said softly.

He lifts his head and smiles warmly at Dima "And then there's you..." He shakes his head some, still smiling "You show up like a fresh breeze, clearing away confusion and pain." He chuckles some "And adding a bit more confusion as well to be honest, but in a good way. Just...amazing. I still maintain that you seduced me, but I think we might disagree on that for the rest of our lives."

Marcus takes a deep breath, dispelling the bleak thoughts that had been simmering in his mind "I envy you your family. Kin that you are with all the time, traveling with and experiencing life. Nothing could be better then that. But tell me about em. I know you have a wife." he pauses "And that's about it"

"I am a twin," he offered with a smile as he spoke of it. "My sister's name is Sasha." he sighed softly, "She was lost to me for two years, and then one night she returned a different creature all together. All darkness and beauty, and none of the things that she used to be. The special bond that we shared as children... was dead.. because she was dead." he replied softly. He paused for a moment gathering his thoughts.

Marcus sits up, straddling Dima again but this time without any of the sexual undertones that he has previous exhibited. He watches Dima silently, letting him say what he needed to say without interuption, however he does reach down to take Dima's large hand in his own, entwining his fingers and offering a gentle squeeze.

"She stole so much from me...." he said softly, closing his eyes it looked like through force of will alone he kept speaking.

"Dara was pregnant..." he said softly, his eyes squeezed closed as he shook his head refusing to talk more about that.


"But that was a long time ago. She didn't know what she was doing, she just wanted her family back." he sighed softly like he had never shared any of what he shared before, even though it was only a small portion, with huge details missing.

He sits there in stunned silence as Dima speaks, hand instinctively gripping DIma's a bit harder in quiet support. A thousand years. A thousand years of living with these memories seemed almost inconceivable to the young man, but he smooths the expression away to one of gentle compassion. He didn't know what to say, and truthfully, there wasn't anything to say about this. Instead, he lifts Dima's hand and kisses his knuckles softly, pale green eyes never leaving Dima's dark ones. He was a man of compassion, and as such, sometimes it was simply better to allow things to come out as they would.
