Points of View Take 2 - The Den

Cass knock came as it ever did-- softly, in quick raps. "It's Cass."

"Hey coming." with a smile and leaving a note. "You sure you're okay with this?"

She nodded to Greer with a smile. "I'm alright with this. If Grace isn't, she'll ask me to leave and I will comply. No worries."

Greer holds up her phone and starts to call probably Grace.

And Cass leaned against the wall nearest the door and simply waited patiently.

"Well I think she's a good person to get her feed back and see if we are at the wrong conclusion or if we are not to go from there." with a nod at her.

"I agree," she smiled softly.

Greer did the waiting for the phone to be answered pace.

A smile as there was obviously some response "Good Eve Lady, I was wondering if myself and Cass could stop by and discuss an issue with you in private?"

Cass easily could have listened to both sides of the conversation, but... opted not to. It was more polite this way.

"We're on our way." hanging up and looking at Cass "To the regency." with a soft shudder and look to her friend. "Shall we?" with a smile at her and grabbing some paper.

Cass nodded and gave Greer a half-smile. "We shall," she said as she headed out of the door and around the passenger side to unlock the truck for her friend. She then slipped into the driver's side and turned the engine over.

"To her office, I assume?"

"Yes that's what she said, but at moment I don't consider that a very safe place." with a sigh and nod to Cass.

"Well, we'll go together and stay together, alright?" she smiled to Greer as she began leaving the drive and heading toward the Regency.

"Thanks for going with me." reaching over and squeezing her hand.

"Anytime, sugar," she nodded as she made a left at a light.

"But if we are right, I am not sure what else to do...." with a sigh.

"Well, we do what we can... And let the officers do their job," she said in a matter-of-fact tone. "All we can do is present the facts."

"Hope we don't sound to crazy." with a smile at her.

"We're kindred," she chuckled. "Kindred in a domain full of insane Fallen, a crazy carnival... and other things. We're the least more sane that all of that shit."

"Good point." with a smile at her "I'm shaking why do I feel like I am going before the head nun in a school?"

She shook her head. "I always feel that way when talking to court officers. But that's because I've always seemed to fuck something up so I'm expecting to get chewed out. You're just relaying info. If she gets pissy..." She shrugged. "Well, then, she gets pissy."

"Yes but it's possible threat information...." looking at her "On a mysterious phone call and two coincidences."

"From someone who may or may not belong in the domain. It's Sheriff/Scourge situation. Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much," said the pot calling the kettle black.

Greer chuckled softly "And well she's also seems to be the best way to get things discussed....." with a soft sigh as they go.
