She smiled again, though it was more of a smirk.

"Darling brother, feel free to speak with Father about any subject that you wish. I'm sure he would love to hear all about how you cannot even be without her for one night. Or better yet, how weak-willed she is, that she cannot be without you for even just one evening. I am quite certain that he would love to hear that."

God his sister was a stone cold bitch.

"Oh, you misunderstand me sister, but I would expect no less. You know about as much about true Love as....well I cannot think of anyone that knows less about anything. So pitiful."

She started to laugh again. This time, it sounded even more amused.

"Darling brother, you are so cute when you attempt to threaten, fail, and have no resort but to fall back upon insults."

He smiled.

"Well at least one of us is cute. I have three days and I plan to use them. And I am sure my failures will make your revenge all the sweeter. See, I am trying to make you feel better."

She laughed again.

"I would have to care enough to be upset when you say such things. And quite frankly, brother, I just don't. Are you maybe going to cry? That's one I just... can't... do."

"As if there is anything on this earth you would not do. But dear sister, for someone who doesn't care you are taking too much care and effort. No, you care about your revenge greatly. Really, quite a childish come back, but then.. you are a childe. Poor little thing. Don't worry, one day you will be a real Toreador."

Her laugh turned into a giggle.

"My, my, I certainly did strike a button, didn't I? Insults abound."

He smiled back at her.

"Oh just think of it as foreplay, though I know you prefer to give threats."

She grinned.

"This ... foreplay ... of yours is touching. Truly. I wonder, should I be trembling in anticipation yet?"

He smiled.

"Oh trust me, you would know. Think what you want of me but i was trained by Frederico and whatever else I do know how to make someone tremble."

Her brow quirked.

"Jealous, darling? You haven't been trained by Frederico for a very ... very ... long ... time."

He laughed at that.

"Talk about jealousy. Why dear that was downright petty. Should I expect you to say daddy loves you best next?"

She shook her head, making a soft tsking noise with her tongue.

"So sad. Really, so very sad, brother. I should occasionally threaten your lady more often. It makes you ... defensive. Quite amusing to watch."

He smiled at her.

"Oh, I stopped being defensive when you started loosing your edge. You are starting to sound like a pouty teenager. It really is too bad. You were winning. But then the young always push too far."

She started to laugh again, shaking her head.

"What's funny is that you think I'm pushing. I stopped pushing the moment you became defensive, brother. But ... that's why I say that I really should threaten your lady more often. You got so very worked up that I didn't even need to do anything. You did my job for me. Perhaps, brother, you need to be reminded what it means to be a Toreador?"

He laughed at her.

"You re going to teach me what it means to be toreador? Well this should be a hoot."

She started to giggle. Seriously ... giggle.

"Defensive first and now you're putting words into my mouth. Good God, I must have really hit a nerve."

He raised an eyebrow at that.

"I haven't put anything into your mouth in quite a while sister."

She grinned.

"Probably wise."

He smiled at that.

"Well yes, you do have teeth and a temper."

She laughed when her brows rose.

"Darling brother, you have yet to see my temper. Truly."

He raised an eyebrow.

"And for that I am very very happy. You Spanish women, so fiery. Wonderful in bed, terrible when under your biting tongue."

She laughed again.

"You should probably run along, brother. I wouldn't want to cause trouble with your darling so soon."

He rolled his eyes and stood up.

"Really? First summoning me and then dismissing me? Careful little sis or someone might paddle that behind of yours and remind you your place."

He finished his drink and then went and put away the glass.

She laughed again.

"Darling brother, is that an offer?"
