"I know but if I'm getting paid I feel like I should be working." with a nod to him.

I try to take off when my man is off, otherwise I try to work - I don't do well with idle hands. If I have something to do - I take off but I try to do "non-busy" nights. Like Sunday, Monday and Tuesday." with a smile at her.

She nodded.

Sounds like me, actually.

"Most people can't or aren't off Sunday Monday or Tuesday." with a shrug at her. "I really don't do weekends unless really planned and I need at least a month worth of planning." with a half smile at her.

She smiled.

I would imagine that Friday and Saturday are the busy nights in your trade.

"Thursday and Saturday - Friday is a wild card night." with a grin at her "It really depends on what other local places have going on."

She nodded.

That makes sense.

"No way to change that but it's interesting and the crowd is always different too on Friday nights, it's hard to explain. "

She nodded.

Bar crowds change with the weather.

"The slower nights it's the "regular" crowd, so I know who gets what drinks and gets what to snack and who's with who." with a smile and soft chuckle.

She smiled.

It's a plague for everyone, really.

"What slow nights?" with a smile at her.

She laughed silently.

Is this place that popular?

"It can be." with a smile at her.

She smiled.

That's good, right?

"Very much so." with a chuckle "a slow place would be boring."

She laughed her silent agreement.

"And I'd be too bored to stay." jonestly replied.

She smiled.

At least you know what you want and need.

"True but if that ever happens I'm not sure where I'd go." with a shrug.

She smiled.

There are several places here. Or you could start your own bar.

"Not sure I could do that." With a smile at her "I don't let others work well with letting others help me."

She smiled.

That's why you make it a small pub instead of a full club.

"My friend Abigail has the local pub." with a smile at her.
