Description (WIP, cookies for stickies!) - Garage Apartment

The apartment located above the garage she runs, is spacious, modern and relatively simple furnished. The place has a sense of home to it, keeping cluttering to a minimal and seemingly in no need of extra luxuries.
An open livingroom-kitchen area connects to a bedroom, bathroom as well as a washing room and what is a fully furnished and functional gunsmith's workshop which has been given ample space seeing as she hardly needs the entire floor for living area.

Since the apartment and workshop only takes up part of the ground area of the building, parts of the roof are accessible from said apartment and serves as an outdoor area which has been seated with a comfortable sitting group and grill.

All in all, the place has a homey relaxed feel to it, though it does bear signs of being a bachelorette pad.
