She nodded, giggling.

He continued to grin.

Savannah looked at Darius "I said no." with a smirk and kept working on the tree.

That made him start to laugh softly.

"I know I know like that means anything." sticking her tongue out at him.

She chuckled.

"I'm conflicted. To help him or to help you."

He laughed harder.

"It means something...."

Just likely not enough to stop him.

"So now I'm really in trouble." with a shake of her head and a soft mirthless laugh.

He laughed.

"You'll like him."

Looking at him with a raised eye brow "As you say....."

He winked at her.

"Trust me."

That got a genuine laugh from her that seem to light up the room "You know I do."

He beamed.

She chuckled.

"Can't wait to meet him."

"Oh don't encourage him.' looking at Elizabeth.

She grinned.

"I doubt he needs it."

"He doesn't need you egging him on." with a playful smile at Elizabeth.

She chuckled.

"But it's my job to encourage him."

He started to laugh again.

"Now, girls. You both know I'm going to do it whether you like it or not."

She giggled.

"I know. I want to help."

"Maybe I should move..." sticking her tongue out at Elizabeth, looking at Darius with a mocking serious smile, and a shake of her head no.

He just grinned sweetly.

"Two against one, so not fair.. but two against you Darius is still not fair - maybe 4 against you dear is closer to fair." sticking her tongue out at him again.

He grinned.

"It's really true."
