Blessed Be - Sunflower Beach

His arm around Teddy, he rubbed her back lightly with one hand. He even closed his eyes as Grace blew the smoke over them... even if he didn't have a clue what was happening, he did, at the very least, have respect for Grace and her beliefs.

Soon enough, she was done, blowing out the candle.

"I ha' asked th' balance t' weigh in ye're favor."

Not really knowing what else to say, all the blond could manage was a small nod of her head as she smiled and whispered.
"Thank you..." it actually meant more than she probably knew, even if Teddy had no connection to the old ways, just the simple fact that Grace had wanted to bless their home was a great gift.

He smiled at the Gangrel, offering her his hand. "Thank you, Grace. It's an honor, truly."

She took the hand in a firm grip, then pulled back on her robes.

"D' ye ha' an'thin' a lass could quench a thirst on?"

He nodded. "I do. Hope you like Guinness; Jamie has the Setites make it special for him and occasionally hands me a bottle."

Once Grace had pulled her robes on though, the blond quickly gave her a hug, just.. just because really. She really was all smiles at the moment.

She returned the hug. And then the blonde got bumped on either side by panther heads.

"Guiness will be grand, laddie."

He grinned. "Then I'll get us one. Teddy, would you like one, too?"

"Yeah, because you really have to ask?" she chuckled, slowly backing out the door with a big grin after having ruffled the fur of both panthers.

He laughed and headed downstairs, toward the kitchen. "Good thing I actually know where things in the kitchen are!" And they were all hearing him rummaging around in, well, the kitchen.

While Medwyn rummaged through the kitchen, Teddy sat down on the red couch and chewed on her lip with a happy smile at Grace.
"Thank you for this. It means a lot"

She sat on the floor, her panther's resting near her.

"Ye be family, lass."

He returned with three tall glasses of the dark, thick liquid. And a smile. He offered one to Grace, one to Teddy, keeping one for himself as he made his way to a corner of the room to not interrupt the women talking. That usually meant a man lost limbs.

Oh no, no corner, she'd latch onto his wrist and drag (hah yeah, but she doubted he'd fight her) onto the couch next to her. He didn't get to slink away damn it. With her other hand she'd hold the glass as her finger of her free hand sought to link with his again.
"It's a good feeling" Teddy smiled.

He laughed. "Blessings usually are."

She smiled as she sipped her Guiness. And sighed blissfully, eyes rolling back in her head as they fluttered closed.

"I ha' missed th' taste o' this."

"It's dangerously good actually. Jamie got me drunk on the stuff" not that she'd protested, but still.
The blond sipped at her beer again, savouring the taste it would seem as she leaned against Medwyn's shoulder with a happy smile.

He laughed. "Jamie is a bad influence on most people."

"Mmm, obviously, but at least he was kind enough to offer me a bed to sleep in after he'd gotten me drunk in the first place" Medwyn's bed even.

She alguhed.

"Aye, he's good like tha'."

"Heh yeah, sneaky, that's what he is" she laughed, leaning into Medwyn with a happy smile.

He laughed. "It could be a lot worse. At least he'll respect you in the morning."

"Medwyn!" he actually made her blush, though mostly so because with that comment her mind went to their first night together.

Good enough to respect me in the morning? Yeah... she kinda just, couldn't help it.

He blinked innocently.

"What?!"
