"I don't mind special"
Really she didn't.

The bag was handed to Cass as Teddy passed the bed and nudged the heap of underwear so that it would cover the lace she just realized was visible.

"Special is good. She just managed to catch me a bit off guard a couple of times is all"

She nodded. "She does that," Cass took the bag and gave another little chuckle. "It's just kind of what she does. It's like her special little moments of insight. She just wants to be helpful-- I get the feeling that because of the way she looks, people forget that she has certain knowledge, certain know how. And Jamie is very protective over her-- rightfully so. He doesn't want to lose her again."

"I can understand that" Teddy said softly as she moved to the door, holding it open for Cass. "Any good father would want to protect their child"
It... was a thought that struck closer to home than Cassiel would know.

"So then you'll keep visiting?" She smiled brightly.

"As long as I'm welcome, I'll keep pestering all of you" she winked. "I'm like a rash you can't get rid of!"

"Good! Then you can help keep me sane!" She laughed and slipped her arm through Teddy's.

"Sane?" she chuckled, locking the door behind them once they'd stepped outside. "Afraid that train left years and years ago"

"You know my definition of 'sane' doesn't fit with the rest of the world's," she beamed as they walked back toward the bike. "At least you understand me."

"That's what friends are for" she slipped her arm around the Rose's waist as they walked. "The weird ones tends to gather in packs you know"

Okay, now she laughed, good and hard.

"So long as I get to be weird with you, alright? Which means you have to come to the wedding, too, you know. Make sure to tell the sucker what he's really in for," she grinned.

That earned her a bright grin as the blond fished the keys from her pocket.
"Oh, I'll tell him" she grinned. "I'll be sure to tell him eeeeverything"

She giggled-- yes, giggled. She seemed to be brightening up some. "Good, maybe he'll take it better coming from you!"

"I'll be sure to wrap it up real nice. Distract him with the shinys" Teddy snickered as she put the goggles on and got on the bike. "Gangrels are a bit like cats right?" she grinned as she started up the engine.

Cass slipped onto the bike behind Teddy, putting her helmet back on. Not really holding on this time-- look, improvement!

"Well... he's kinda like a cat," she seemed to grin. "A cougar, you might say," she winked.

"Just because it has to be said" she looked over her shoulder at Cass. "Oh.... my... God! He so has a tail! I just know it!" the blond laughed, her voice soon enough drowned out by the some and the engine as she pulled out into the road and headed for the Regency.

"Well, yeah... when he shifts..." She thought about that for a moment... She was familiar with Gangrel and beast traits, but... "WAIT?!" She was yelling over the engine. "YOU MEAN HE COULD HAVE A TAIL WHEN HE'S... YOU KNOW, NORMAL?!"

Oh... help her baby Jesus...

"NOTHING NORMAL ABOUT GANGRELS" she laughed over the sound of the engine before proceeding to make rawr noises.

"THEN I WILL HOPE HE NEVER GETS ONE! I DON'T THINK HE'D LIKE THE TAILORING COSTS!" She laughed again, and as Teddy was ready to pull away and head back to the Regency, she kept a firm grip on the back with on hand and the other rested at Teddy's hip for balance.
