The place was still only partially furnished, but it was enough for the time being. It wasn't really as if the two of them needed all the space anyways, though the pack certainly seemed to appreciate it. And it had left them with enough room to make a wine cellar for what Rickie often referred to as her investments.
Just being able to relax though, just that was reward enough for the Caitiff as she soaked in the water, one leg hanging off the edge of the tub and her nose lingering just above the surface of the water. No one there but her, Smoke, Mirror, Ghost, Darkness and Johanna. No need to constantly look over her shoulder. No need to tense up at every little sound.
Rickie closed her eyes.
For the time being, they seemed to be... safe.
