Girls Night! - Bella's Castle

Sitting on the floor of the ballroom, with the door to her house wide open, Bella sat indian style, laying out a bunch of beauty supplies. There were feather pillows and the like strewn across the room - the house appeared empty, besides Bella. No cars were parked outside, it seemed she had cleared her housemates out for the night.

In all her years, she had never done this. Not once. She had a large bag tossed over her shoulder and pj's that she could change into once she arrived at Bella's. She gave the doorframe a knock before stepping inside.

"Bella?"

"Come inside, I'm in here!" She called excitedly, standing from her spot on the floor.

She actually skipped into the room, looking around with a grin. She held up her bag with two fingers, wiggling her eyebrows.

"Where can I change into jammies?"

There was a knock at the door.

"Wherever, bathroom's through that door."

She motioned to a door, then responded to the knock:

"Come in!"

"Hi." She said rather shyly as she shifted her overnight bag from one shoulder to the other.

She nodded and trotted into the bathroom. When she emerged, she had changed into her pajamas, seeming quite happy with her choice.

Really, she was an adult. I swear.

Ren almost burst into giggles when she saw Rai. "Those are fantastic!"

She laughed.

"Thanks!"

"Now I feel improperly dressed for the occasion," She grinned.

"No such thing." She grinned. Once inside she pulled the hood of her sweatshirt back revealing that she'd left her hair long. It tumbled down to her waist in a sleek, dark, wave. Better for a night like this she figured. At least this time she might not end up with a green mohawk. Damn Brujah.

Or maybe she would. They were Rainbow Brite jammies........

"Don't be silly! I just like these so I can tell people to taste the rainbow. And not mean Skittles."

Bella laughed at this, shaking her head. "Oh, Ra'i..."

Ren laughed so hard she snorted.

Damn it...

There was a knock on the door as the Brightest Nos showed up.

Bella jumped up and ran for the door, practically pulling Raz0r in. "Yay! Everyone's here!

"Guys! Raz0r is here!"

She laughed as she was dragged in.

"Yes, yes, sorry I'm late."

"Hey, Raz0r." She grinned and waved.

"What do you wanna do first?" Bella asked excitedly, her petite frame jumping up and down in excitement. It had been way too long since she'd been able to just kick back and be silly.

"We have Netflix, stuff for pedicures, blood wine, twister, silly board games.. and just about a billion other things we can do."

"I should probably change first. Is there a bathroom I can use?" She was adorably shy.

She motioned the same direction she had sent Ra'i. "That-a-way, sweetheart."

"Thank you." She scampered off in the direction Bella had indicated. Once she found the bathroom she began the task of figuring out which pair of jammies to wear. She ad her yummy sushi ones, but they were likely to lead to too many jokes. That left her with the girly pair or the playful pair. She kept looking back and forth between them, her usual need to overthink things kicking in.

Darn it to heck.
