Sam stood outside the building and called the number he had for Greer. "I'm outside " he said playfully. "You gonna let me in?"

'Hey Sam 1703 come on up, I think everything is finally here." with a playful tone.

He knocked on her door a couple minutes later, holding a bunch of her favorite flowers

Greer opened the door, a single lip piercing in this eve, she looked was it younger than before, but with an obvious happy smile she took the simple daisy's and with a flourish "Welcome come on in."

He hugged her, and stepped inside. "Nice digs " he said with a grin. "And you're looking pretty good yourself "

"Why thank you." with a laugh "It's at least a color I like, the piano is tuned and semi fits in and yeah." stepping aside letting him in.

He came in and looked around further.

"Hey you got your piano. What else do you need?" he laughed.

"Feeling more established now?"

"working on it. thank you for the flowers you remembered." with a sultry laugh.

"Well, I brought you a CD as well" he smirked as he handed over a CD case with the name of Miami gangsta rapper on the label. Inside though was the latest offering from the London Philharmonic.

"Oh, and what's with all the new things you have stuck in you? Going for adventurous?"

Greer looked at the Tshirt "Maybe and maybe not." with a wicked smile at him.

he snorted

"You've either found someone to play with, or trying something new. I can't decide which."

"Oh I'll keep you guessing. How about you anything exciting in your life as of late?" with a curious smile.

His face looked rather grim for a moment.

"Nothing I really can talk about. But hey, I got a DeLorean."

"And I'm not going to keep guessing, because if you wanted me to know you'd tell me. But just remember it's not nice to play with your food."

Greer raised an eyebrow at his "I can't say" and then laughed at the "Don't play with your food." Shaking her head "Sam I don't play with food." moving to the piano, turning the bench so Sam could sit behind her if he wanted.

Opening the piano "Really do you think so little of me?" with a teasing tone.

He sat down next to her and chuckled.

"I play with my food. Actually, Ilsa pretty much insists on it at times."

Greer looks over her shoulder at him and chuckles "Ok that's fair." starting to play with the keys of the piano. Pausing and then putting one of his hands on her shoulder and starts to really play. It's a song of obvious passion as she plays.

He stroked her hair gently while she played

"Ooh that's good."

She smiles at the familar touch and the feeling of not having to "act" around Sam - her voice intertwines with her piano and her voice joins in an ethereal but fiery joining to the passionate piano playing.

An almost fearless attack to the music that he's not seen from her yet while here.

This was the Greer Harrington people were drawn to, and that he hadn't heard in decades. Mentally he cursed himself once again for not tracking her down after Berlin.

When she finished, he whispered gently "I've missed this. I'm a damned fool for not tracking you back down in Berlin, or not going with you that night. I heard rumors about you afterwards, but let them slip through. For a while I paid the Nos to watch your back when I wasn't around. But I never asked them to find you for me, I knew you would show yourself if you wanted me to know."

Shaking out of the spell of the music, she slowly turned, gently touched his face, and said "Sam you were an amazing surprise when I arrived here. I don't know if you were the building crescendo that said I should come back here but in many ways you being here has been a highlight to me." hugging him tightly.

He squeezed back. "Imagine how I felt. I'm glad you came, and I'm glad you've still got the mood for your music. Sometimes I wish I could hear the world the way you do. It's a special gift. A very special one."

She looked at him "Till it hits you almost too late that it's not percussion but guns shots." with a sad smile.

He blinked

"Ahh there is a story there I think. And I can teach you to tell the difference."

She laughed softly "Sam some days I can't hear anything but songs. You could be telling me that I was in dire trouble and all I'd here is the song I hear for you. I can't explain it but I should hear you, and I should know what you are saying but I am too lost." with a soft smile at him.

"So anything I should know or not go near after your cryptic start of this eve?"

"can you teach me how to warn you even in my song? As for the other stuff, maybe we should go talk to the sheriff sometime tonight. I've been wanting to introduce you anyway. But not right this moment."

He smiled "I want to introduce you to a clanmate of mine sometime too, her name is Ren. We've even managed to survive a date."
