"He is handling an important call, and how are you feel post pregnancy?" not moving to let her in the house.

"I feel just wonderful. The litte guy is a handful, but I love every second of it, thanks for asking... um, how long will the phone call be? Could you let him know I was trying to get a hold of him?"
