She smiled and kissed him.

"Don't know, don't care. She can never have it."

He nodded and then buried his fangs into her throat.

She shuddered and cried out in surprise and pleasure, instanly compliant in his arms.

After a minute of clutching her tightly, Johnathon released the kiss and healed the wounds.

"Love you "

She nuzzled into him with a contented sound.

"Love you, too."

He smiled and caressed the little Nos' cheek.

"We'll get her, she's crossed far too many lines. Do you know who rewired her mind?"

She shook her head.

"Not precisely, but I would bet Mayek."

"How many generations from Cain was he, do you know?"

She shook her head.

"No, I don't know how far from Caine. But he was powerful. Not as powerful as some in this domain, but a few."

He nodded and frowned. "Was he an Elder then? I am of the 8th generation, I thought I might have a chance at getting around blocks in her brain if needful."

She smiled.

"He wasn't that close to Caine. That much I know."

"Well, isn't that interesting" he said with a brief feral smile flashing on his otherwise relaxed features. "You know, there is something to say for her having a reworked mind. She could be less dangerous, and eventually more controllable. I read a wise saying that came to mind. 'You can kill a man but once, but can cheat him again and again' she might be useful if handled properly."

She pulled him into a deep kiss.

"I love it when you speak Ventrue."

"Mmmmm" he moaned softly while returning the kiss. "I love it when you speak period."

She deepened the kiss, wanting more. Wanting to lose herself in him and drown out the memories.

Johnathon pulled her close to her, and gave himself completely over to the little goddess' desires and needs. The slow burning and intense passion that drove him to reject the very foundations of his clan, to stare down the entire Camarilla establishment, that empowered him to declare to all comers 'I am' was given over to soothe Raz0r's pains and hurts, to give her the affection she needed so badly.

Johnathon loved.

She purred softly under his touch, wanting affection. Wanting everything he could give her. Forever.

"We are" he whispered softly in her ear. "We are who we are."

She moaned softly, curling into him, pressing close.

"Can I stay here tonight?"

"You never have to ask my love." he said nuzzling her gently "You always can. "

Johnathon stared into her eyes and smiled softly. "Join me, stand by my side? Take your place here with me forever?"

She smiled somewhat sadly.

"Not yet."

He just looked at her with adoration and touched her cheek with a single gentle finger "Some night then, some night"

She smiled softly.

"Some night. I love you."

Carefully he adjusted his hold on Raz0r so she was held fully in his arms, and drawn close to his body. "I love you too Raz0r"

She felt so safe right where she was. A kind of safe she never thought she'd feel again.

"What do you want to do for the rest of the night?"
