She cuddled in, tightly, stroking the woman's side, lovingly.. but soon enough, she let torpor overcome her, even this early in the night. She fell asleep with a small smile on her lips. Cold she was, but happy and content, for now. Bad times, were likely ahead.. but right now.. it all seemed meaningless and distant.
