Harpy Business (Teddy) - Frederico's Haven

"I'll do what I need to do. I honestly think he'll be okay with arguing with me, but that he'd be disappointed if I turned out to have no backbone" and she haaated arguing, but, well, no one was perfect. Not even Jamie, no matter how highly she thought of him.

He laughed.

"I can see where that might be the case. Our prince does love a good row."

"Yeah well, I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed I won't be forced to be in anyone's face anytime soon" she said with a low chuckle.

He laughed softly.

"That is a hope that most harpies cannot afford to have, Teddy."

The blond gave a light shrug of her shoulders.
"I'll hope anyways" she smiled.

He laughed.

"I like you. I wasn't sure I was going to. But I do."

Teddy couldn't help but chuckle.
"I'll take that as a good thing, thanks" she smiled.

He laughed.

"It most assuredly is a good thing. I tend to be bitchy if I don't like you."

Duh, Toreador.

"Knowing it's gonna sound like I'm promoting stereotypes here, but that kinda comes with the territory doesn't it?" the blond chuckled, lifting a hand to brush her fingers through her hair.

His brow rose with his laugh.

"Stereotypical of Toreador or stereotypical of a harpy?"

It could be either one, really.

"I was thinking Toreador, but it could be either" she chuckled.

He laughed.

"That's why I asked."

Teddy gave a light shrug of her shoulders and a low chuckle.
"Hey, if the shoe fits" she laughed.

He grinned.

"Let's see here. Do you want me to handle and sort the out-of-town boons for you?"

"Mm, that's okay. I kinda need to learn this stuff anyways so I'll go through the ledger and just kinda bother you if there's something in there I don't understand. Does that sound alright?" best to just start on learning right away, right?

He nodded.

"That's perfectly fine. My job is currently just to make your job easier."

"Thanks, I might have to pester you if I find something I don't understand or need to double check but I'll try not to be too much trouble" she would try, really she would.

He laughed quietly.

"Teddy, I never find it to be trouble to do a harpy's work."

"Doing a Harpy's work? No, maybe not. But that's different from having to train and instruct someone who's learning from scratch. For what it's worth though I got Medwyn teaching me a bit about politic and the Camarilla, so I at least got some basic knowledge to go on" the blond smiled. "And once I got these sorted" she tapped a hand on the saddlebags. "I'm hoping I'll be able to focus more on understanding everything an not just manage to scramble along"

He laughed softly.

"Gossip. Just gossip a lot. That's what the Kindred get stupidly excited about."

Heh yeeaaah.... she so wasn't into that.
"Yeah" she smiled though knowing that part would be hard if not impossible to accomplish.

He smiled.

"Did you need anything else from me?"

"No, not at the moment, you've already helped plenty more than you had to" she said.

He smiled.

"Then I will go get you that list."

"Thanks" she smiled, tapping the saddle bags against her legs again. You know, she'd just, stand around and wait.
