The apartment isn't so much an apartment as a somewhat sparsely furnished warehouse, or rather, part of one. It can be accessed either through a normal door or through the garage door next to it that is large enough to fit a semi through it.
The brick building itself looks somewhat old, has a triple normal height ceiling and tall windows which allows for a fair bit of light to shine through without really taking away from the privacy of the place as they've been placed a fair bit up the wall so that they can't be looked through from ground level. They can be accessed though by means of a metal stair case that leads up to a metal walkway that runs the length of the wall. Given, there are a few more windows that would be accessible from ground height on the wall where the entrance door is, but the old thick glass has been stained almost black to the point where they're no longer see through.
The place, one big open space save for the small bathroom which, as the name suggests, actually has it's own separate room, consists of a small kitchen corner, a sofa and table section with a couple of comfy chairs placed towards a flat screen tv hooked up to a couple of gaming consoles, a small kitchen table of sorts with a couple of simple chairs and a large king size bed that's normally never tidied.
A boxing bag has been hung from a metal construction near one wall, a couple of closets holding a modest amount of clothing and other items of the sort, the bike usually just parked right inside the door, and with a small safe serving as a nightstand on the left side of the bed.
All in all? It looks and feels like a bachelor's den, holding only the necessities needed to call it home.
