"Mm, might have to steal one just so I can do that" she chuckled, her steps a bit lighter now as if slowly regaining a bit of her balance.

He started to laugh again. "I'll make sure you have one just for that purpose. Even with my cologne."

Her fingers squeezed his arm gently as she leaned her head to the side gently so she could rest it against his shoulder while they walked.
"I'd like that" she said softly. "I know I don't sleep like you do, but... it still feels like I sleep better when I have you there"

He smiled and leaned over, now that they were out of the Elysium. Leaned over enough so that he could brush a kiss against her forehead, his arm moving as they walked. He let go of her hand, so that he could slide his arm around her properly, to hold her close against him as they walked. "I can understand that. I'll see what can be done."

Teddy in turn, slipped her arm around his waist, resting her hand on his back as she leaned against him with a smile.
"That's really sweet of you..." she said softly, closing her eyes for a moment as they walked, simply taking a moment to enjoy being close to him.

He didn't mind at all. Not even a little bit. He slowed his pace, because he was in no hurry at all and so that he could guide her with her eyes closed. He leaned close to kiss her forehead again. "Not sure if it's sweet or not. But there's no harm in it."

"Well I think it is" she said softly, slowly opening her eyes again though continuing to lean against him the entire time while they walked, enjoying the slow pace and just being able to share the time with him. Her hand on his back gently brushing her fingers across it in a content, almost lazy caress.

"This is nice..." Teddy whispered. "I like it that I can share this with you..."
From passion and desire to simply... wanting time, to be close and to be together. It felt good to be able to share all those aspects with him and feel like he was content with it too.

He was. He seemed to be content with it, anyway. He seemed as though he would have been content, no matter what she did with him. Including naked ice skating. Oh, wait. Florida. No ice. He smiled at her, his hand at her back squeezing her close again. "So am I. I'm just surprised you're not tired of me yet."

There is good naked and bad naked, so probably a good thing there was no ice to go naked ice skating on because that would've no doubt have been bad naked.

"Why? Just because I got the attention span of a moth?" she chuckled, reaching over with her free hand to brush it gently across his chest, her fingers softly latching onto the fabric of his shirt to hold onto it. "Some things are worth holding onto... You most definitively are..."

He laughed and shook his head. "No, no. Not at all." He grinned and kissed her, his head tilting so he could brush his cheek against her forehead, as his other hand was occupied with the large bag. "I'm told that I have a bad tendency to be annoying sometimes."

The hand that had rested on his back slipped down so she could tuck it into his back pocket. Partially because it was nice, partially because she could easily pinch him. Which she did with a grin.
"Good thing I like annoying then"

He jumped at the pinch. He hadn't been expecting it, and the slight pressure-pain was enough to actually make him skip a step. He didn't stumble, though, and he looked at her with a laugh. "Obviously, it very much is."

His reaction had her laughing, a happy warm sound to her voice as the touch of her palm "soothed" any lingering feeling of the pinch she'd given him with the light squeeze of her hand.
"You don't seem to have a problem with annoying either" Teddy winked. "So I think that evens it out fairly well"

He grinned broadly. "What you call annoying, I call adorable."

That had her laughing happily again.
"Then I'm lucky. So very lucky" Teddy smiled up at him.

He grinned at her. "It could be argued that the lucky one is me."

As she'd done before, she moved swiftly though softly so to step in print of him while facing him. One arm still around him though her hand slipped from his pocket to rest on his lower back. Her free hand moving to his chest, to rest above his heart.
"I promise, I'll try my best to make you keep feeling that way"

He watched her move, pausing in his walking so as to not make her have to walk backward. He was too busy watching her to watch where they were going and he didn't want to run her into anything, like a wall or pole...or other people. He was smiling at her, though. "And I promise that I'll do the same. Try to keep you feeling lucky all the time that you are with me."

"You're already doing a pretty awesome job at that, you know" Teddy smiled up at him, gentle fingers brushing against his chest without moving her hand. "And I know I'm lucky. Very much so" she added with a soft whisper and a lingering smile.

He smiled at her, his hands at her back rubbing gently against her. It was surprisingly gentle, after what happened in the elevator. He leaned close and kissed her gently, his lips lightly moving against hers. "Thank you. You put up with me, and that's worth a lot."

"You make me soar..." came the sighed whisper against his lips. The hand on his chest moving to cup his cheek, to let her lips linger close to his for a few moments longer.
To her, there was nothing surprising about his gentleness even after the elevator ride. Because it was just another aspect if him, of how he wanted her. And the blond who loved those gentle touches had also loved that he'd wanted her so much he hadn't wanted to hold back.

He smiled at her, his head tilting so that he could better feel the touch of her hand against him. It was almost like something from a movie, the way he held her. The look he gave her. Like the entire world had disappeared and there was nothing at all there except the two of them. He couldn't hear anything other than her words, couldn't see anything other than the Caitiff in front of him. "You give me wings, Teddy. You should know that it means more to me than anything."

And those words? They sent a light shiver through her and made her smile brighten even more.
"Thank you...." she drew her breath and let out a slightly trembling sigh as she brushed her thumb softly against his cheek. "For telling me... I... I'm so happy I can make you feel that way..."

He smiled at her, raising a hand up to her cheek so that he could brush his fingers over her. He couldn't help but chuckle. "I keep thinking I should take you out somewhere, do something other than just make love to you."

A light blush touched her cheeks as she bit her lip softly.
"You don't need to do anything. I'm happy just being allowed to waste your time with elevator rides and dvds of bad movies"
